We simply ask that you advise us of any accessibility concerns at the time of booking so that we are prepared to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Unreal!! Saw a 9ft gator and a baby! What else do you need . swamp chickens. Now tailed grackles. But I tell you what, “you haven’t seen anything until you looked a white fang Macau in the face! “

A little rain, but this just made it a bit cooler. Great guide and great trip. We saw quit a bit of wildlife. One gator on a nest. Several swimming in open water.

Tour guide was very informative and even stopped to pick up some debris (deflated helium balloons) that we saw during our tour. Our kids learned a lot and enjoyed it. The 1.5 hour tour was the perfect time for the tour.

Capt Billy knows his way around the glades no doubt. Plant life, wildlife, he had information and knew the answer to almost every question we asked. He truly embodies that place. Couldn’t have gotten a better tour guide, highly recommend.
