We had Spring as our guide and she was wonderfully informative about the culture and foods of Saigon. She took us to a number of street restaurants, food market vendors, and through the flower market. Spring peaks excellent English and provided many opportunities on the walking tour (mixed with some car rides) to sit down for a new food experience. I highly recommend this tour if you want to experience authentic community eating.
