Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl Harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12 pm - 4 pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick-up details.

Enjoyed Driver’s tid bits along the way to the site. Displays were details. Enjoyed the 20” movie. Pickup place was clear and good ac in bus.

The guide picked us up from the designated spot on time in a very nice bus. Our guide, MC Finny, was a very personable man with a ton of knowledge about Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona. The whole ride to Pearl Harbor MC Finny explained the history of the attack on Pearl Harbor in a way that anyone could understand. One of the best tours we have ever taken.

The your guide was great. I booed the time from 10:30 - 12:30 and had another activity planned in the afternoon. They text me saying that they would pick me up at 12:20??? It messed up my other tour activity. Bad business and I will not use your site again.

Quite a powerful experience to visit this memorial. Very thankful this company included boat tickets as we didn’t know about reserving tickets in advance and none were available for the public to reserve the day before. Bonus tour with commentary from our driver!
