The driver arrived with a lit cigarette in hand. No apology although he was over 10 minutes late. We had forewarned them that we were three people, two on the large size with large luggage. Instead of a van (which everyone else at the dock seemed to get) we were crammed into the back seat of a small car while some of our luggage rode in the front seat. The ride was uneventful. We have used Viator many times in the past, this was our first disappointing experience.

I apologize for the delay and even if we have not seen also due to the disappointment of the driver, we have sent the vehicle you requested for 3 pax, solidly the products are classified with the various needs of the customers, we have been asked for a car not a van, it can also be seen from the price paid.
