    Super professional and safe driver! The car was impeccable and showed up early to our hotel. The drive was relaxing with perfect amount of information and conversation. Our driver stopped us at a pharmacy along the way so that we could pick up some medicine we would need while on our cruise. A noble gesture. We will use this operation again. They were great, safe, on time and seamless! Thanks for a great experience!!

    Rolando was fantastic, yet again! He met us on time right outside the Rome cruise port. He took us straight to the hotel and was very friendly the whole way. Honestly, a private van is the only way to go back and forth from Rome to the cruise port. Too easy!!

    Our experience, and driver, Rolando, was fantastic. He picked us up at our Rome hotel on time and we had a great drive from Rome to the cruise port. His Mercedes van was ideal, because we had four adults and large suitcases. Along the way, Rolando gave us some tips and history about Italy and Greece. When we got to the cruise port, Rolando was able to go right to the check-in drop off building, which is a huge bonus compared to taxis dropping you off outside the port. We HIGHLY recommend you use this service while in Rome, especially to get to the cruise port.

    Fabulous experience! After realizing how challenging it can be to go to Rome from the port with luggage, my mom and I decided to hire a private driver. Best decision ever! Not only was he on time and waiting for us as soon as we debarked, but he was extremely corteous and helpful.

    Ease and Comfort from Rome to Civitavecchia

    Great experience. Mario picked the four of us up at the agreed time in a comfortable van that fit our four pieces of luggage and four backpacks with ease. (We could have fit two more people comfortably in the two rows of seats in the back.) We had a pleasant journey to the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia with some lovely conversation. I would definitely ride with Mario again.

    That we had a transfer to Rome as the driver had too many assignments from. Viator for the number of cars he supervised. He spent time on the phone finding other Viator customers rides with other companies.

    hello, it would be easier for us to cancel the trips that we can t do as Viator sends us more trips that we can do, but we try our best not o leave people behind..

    Booked them through the Viator site to pick us up once we exited the cruise ship we had been on. I received the confirmation from Viator and shared with them our arrival details in a separate email. Never heard back that the information was received, the only complaint that I had about this experience. When we exited the ship, the driver was there, and we were quickly on our way to Rome. Next time I am in Rome I will use them again! They were simply the best!

    The driver Mario was on time and very nice, he made sure sure my wife and I were comfortable in the vechicle. When we arrived at the cruise ship terminal he helped us communicate with the staff. I 100% recommend him and his company.

    The vendor, RolandosAirportTransferDayTours, blamed Viator for overbooking his service. Showed up about 15 mins late with all the excuses, at that point we were lucky to get transportation so we didn't care it was a shared ride. I sent info. in a chat to your customer service, hopefully they are working on this issue for a refund. thanks

    probably would have been better to let you take a taxi for 300 or 400 euro , maybe like that you would have apreciate our effort to drive everybody from the port...you were explained we don t have enough cars as Viator sent too many bookings for that morning, you had the option to share the ride with another couple or get a taxi, you took the shared ride, got refunded by Viator 30 percent of the booking , now you want a full refund... why didn t you say something from the beggining ? you want a free ride??? i hate people like you , selfish and not respectfull for other people working ... you will never understand that actually we were only trying to help you get to your hotel and not spend a fortune ... when you have 5 ships in the port and only 1000 cars , there will be somebody without a driver... stupid selfish people

    We had a wonderful experience with this tour company which was recommended by my AAA Travel Agent. I used them for my transportation from Civitavecchia to Fiumicino And from ROME to Civitacecchia before our cruise. The communication was great. For any Americans using transportation service in Italy with certain expectations, you have to understand that traffic is a factor. Factor that into your arrangements. Also for any transportation service, communicate and verify the a day or two before the time of pick up. We followed these instructions form our travel agent and everything went smoothly. Whatsapp is the best form to use. Our drive on our 2nd leg was the owner and was fantastic. He anticipated that we would be off the boat sooner than we had realized and was already waiting for us. On our Drive to the cruise port the driver promptly let us know there was traffic and an updated ETA. And was on time as per the ETA. The vans were cleans and comfortable with AC. The price was more than fair compared to other transportation companies. I will be using this company again on my next visit to Rome! Oct 2023
