  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It's always nice to now when one travels to a new place that you have no worries. After retrieving my luggage I went to arrival pickup. My ride was just a phone call away. I was not sure where to look but after a phone call my driver phoned me right back and told me where to go. There he was waiting for me. A very polite man. Took my luggage and escorted me to the car. Many thanks for your services.

Dermot our driver was awesome and very helpful. he went out of his way to make sure we knew where to go to meet him and managed to pack our luggage in and get us to our hotel. I will definitely use this service again

The driver arrived late at 1:20 pm in London near Boots. I called at 1:05 that we didn't see our driver holding a sign. There was a sitting area in front of Boot's and I said I have red hair and would sit. No sign, the driver said "I am taking a chance, are you Grace Marie". He was well dressed. What wasn't acceptable was 3x we got off elevator into parking garage. He could not find the car. He then went by himself to next level and we went 4th trip to car. He was pleasant, but not worth what we paid over $125 plus tip. I would like to request half compensation back for London trip. We get near hotel and he asks "Can I go down this way?" implying to get in front of hotel. He was catering way as we saw other taxis pull up today. We walked a short distance to entrance to hotel. He needs more training. Again pleasant driver. We. hope our Paris trip is better as we are 65 Seniors. It is very cold in London 30°F and windy and this was so inconvenient after flying 2 planes over 13 hours. TY.

Our plane landed at Heathrow International, and I expected our driver to be right outside the baggage claim area. We saw lots of drivers with Name cards stand right outside the baggage claim, but not our driver, we kept walking around trying see the name cards. I finally called the phone number on my emailed ticket but no one answered. Our group was starting to panic so I was going to call for a taxi, when we saw a man with a sign standing way back by the stores so we walked over to see the name card and it was our driver. He was a really nice driver but why wouldn’t he stand near the other drivers so we could see him right away. I will be hesitant to book a driver from Viator in any future trips because of this issue.

Terminal 3 to Covent Garden

The ride from Terminal 3 took about 90 minutes to get to Covent Garden. British drivers are very polite about drivers changing lanes in small spaces. No issues on the ride. The area in the airport is a little crowded so it took some looking to find our driver. Driver was nice enough, not very talkative. We were taken to the hotel doorstep and he helped with the bags.

Do NOT book this transfer! They marked me a “No Show” and left me behind although I have multiple screenshots proving that my flight was delayed and that I attempted to reach out to the tour operators MULTIPLE times updating on my flight status. They told me that they would not be issuing me a refund since it was “my fault”. I’ve tried calling customer support, speaking to a Viator representative, messaging the transfer company through WhatsApp, calling their emergency number, and emailing. No answer or response from any and it has already been two days. Do yourself a favor and just order an Uber from the airport, it cost me about the same as what I paid for the transfer.

We waited in the arrival area of Terminal 3 at Heathrow for the Viator driver for an hour. Called Viator and was told that the driver would be at Terminal 5 in 10 minutes. There was no way that we could get there with our luggage. The expectation was that we would be picked up at our arrival terminal. At significant additional expense we had to secure other transportation to our hotel in London.
