Good tour with alot of details while walking Toledo. Lost two members of group which resulted in a 45 minute delay in leaving

The Cathedral and the walk 5hru town. The guide spoke Englsh but way too fast so hard to understand.

This was supposed to be a tour in English. 2/3 was in Spanish and the rest in too heavily accented English to understand. Big waste of time and money.
Just don't go with this tour company.

Just don't go with this tour company. Address was incorrect for meeting place so wu were in wrong line. We had many issues with the tour guide; she couldn't find the bus, then took us to the wrong bus. We left 30 minutes late. We were to leave Toledo at 4 but tour guide made us leave at 3:30. We were cheated out of at least 3 hours of our tour. We left the group & went on our own.

Dear Thomas Lee Bland, This is your second review about the same tour on the same day. Meeting point address is clearly indicated in the voucher. We are sorry that you had an incorrect one. Our guides do not have to find our buses, they are the ones contacting them directly. Our company and our team know perfectly how to do their jobs. Check in time is 8.30am. Departure time is 9am. Arrival time is 17pm. There was no delay. As we said in our previous response you preferred not to join our tour in Toledo to do it on your own and we are happy that you enjoyed your time revisiting the city. We wish you all the best. The guide was very knowledgeable, unfortunately his mic failed halfway through the tour so we couldn't hear much of what he was saying. The restaurant that was recommended for lunch was also absolutely horrible.
Find a tour with a smaller group.

Bus left an hour late because thr tour guides lost 2 people. So the entire group got held hostage on the bus.

A comprehensive day over a series of historical sites and enrichment in Toledo. We had a great guide Arxata who walked us through many points of interest which helped to appreciate furthest the nuances and contextual significance of what we were seeing and doing there. There was free personal time offered for lunch and shopping. Much recommend.

History in every corner

This tour is amazing, walking through the city, so much history in every corner. The museum is a must, staying a little after tour is recommended. Alfonso was an excellent guide, lots of knowledge and made the tour very fun!
