    Very comprehensive tour. Our guide Maria was very knowledgeable and energetic . The guide took us to the highlights of the museums. We also enjoyed the churros.

    Both guides Ana and Cassie were excellent. My only complaint was in the Prada museum we did not have headsets and I couldn’t hear and understand Cassie most of the time

    We were asked to come 15 min earlier to redeem the tickets.. which was not necessary... and while the guide came later than the start of the tour. She was very nice, but was not engaging and did not have much to say about the Royal Palace... we spent around 1h in café eating churros, in my opinion wasting time which we could have spend in Prado. Also there the approach of a guide was strange ..focusing on first two pieces for 20 min and then chosen ones, not really elaborating on the collections, main pieces, etc. And skip the line ticket is useless if you have 50 tours with skip the line...

    This trip does mot make sense. It should be either the palace or Prado. Both, with an hour break for churros do not make sense as eventually you do not really se as much as you could. Moreover, the information given is rather limited, especially in the Palace and while walking. If you want to combine both, skip the churros and dedicate more time to some sort of presentations in the palace and Prado. The only thing I remember is that Charles III had a big nose. Not worth 90 Euros.

    We did not make it to the correct meeting point for the tour and we were there 30 minutes early....we had the address on the voucher that we put on our GPS(phone) and we were at the wrong location....we reached out to tour company but we could not find where the Queen Isabella statue was....we gave up. On our way back to the hotel we found the statue....just 600 ft from our hotel....can't blame anyone....we were there early at the address on the voucher. The GPS may have been messed up as many roads were closed due to the Madrid Marathon

    Fabulous tour with Ana M. She was very knowledgeable on the history but she really shone showing us her enthusiasm for art. Highly recommended but be prepared for a lot of walking.

    This tour was amazing thanks to Anna. She knew so much history and great recommendations for food. She was funny and upbeat. She is also knows her art very well which made the Prado Museum that much more enjoyable. I’d give more stars if I could because of her.

    David, our guide was outstanding. he gave a depth of knowledge that he shared coherently and “connected the dots” among the experiences of the day. He was friendly and courteous. It was a long day, and not truly “skipped the line” because we waited for about 30 minutes or so, but very worthwhile.

    Our tour guide, David, was a wealth of knowledge - a true story teller. We ended up having to stand in line for the royal palace tour due to large crowds. David regaled us with history about the cathedral and the royal family while we waited to pass the time. In the Prado, he tied the stories he shared in the royal palace with the paintings we viewed of El Gato and Goya. A great 5 hours.

    David was an outstanding guide - friendly, great knowledge and very good English. However, even the skip the lines tours took nearly an hour to get in, due to prior day closures. Without the extra crowds and delays this would have been a 5 star tour.

    Alfonso is very knowledgeable and patient guide and me and my wife truly enjoyed this 5hrs walking tour covering the Royal Palace and Prado museum. With provided whispers, we were able to capture all the details from the beginning to the end. Please remember wearing comfortable walking shoes since the tour involves extensive walking sometimes up and down the stairs.

    What an amazing tour thanks to Sean. Without him, it would have been a nice tour, but he made it fantastic! He kept our 10year old son engage and made every little piece of history fascinating and left him in awe! When we left Madrid, we asked him what was his favorite part and he said, ‘Our tour day with Sean!’ Sean provides all that added color to every experience! Thank you!
