Overview

This pottery class is a great way to spend a day nurturing your creativity. The class is taught in phases: centering, opening, and pulling. After demonstration of each technique, students practice what they have learned before moving on as a group. At the end of class, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind mug or bowl to remind you of your trip to Maui.

      The studio is in the back house across from the tennis courts. Park in the driveway to the right of the front house. Walk back to the right of the basketball hoop to the back house. The studio is in the back house down the driveway to the right of the front house.

    David is an excellent instructor— friendly, encouraging, expert at breaking down the wheel techniques into manageable steps with spot on (and interesting) analogies! We ended the class with two functional and pretty pieces each! Bonus time with his gorgeous dog Bijou!
