    The ride was spectacular and smooth, it is the best way to experience this unbelievable site. We thought it would be cold, but the heat from the hot air made the ride warm. We made new friends that made the experience that much better. This was definitely my favorite activity of the trip to Mexico City. I highly recommend it! The tour operators were great. Definitely schedule this experience! It is worth the early morning wake-up.

    Everything was amazing! They got in touch to let us know what time we would be getting picked up and our drivers information. And once we got there, they gave us all the information we needed and the schedule for the day. I highly recommend them!

    The balloon ride is breathtaking, an experience of a lifetime. The cave is a real cave DO NOT book the breakfast if you are claustrophobic. The food was cold but the service and staff where very nice.

    Incredible experience. Everything was seamless! They communicated well the day before via email and Whats App to let us know when and where they would pick us up. Easy hotel pick up, easy ride to the balloon area. The balloon experience was once-in-a-lifetime! Breakfast was good but we could have eaten more. We were starving when we got back to Mexico City around 3 p.m. They never gave us time to eat lunch and the traffic back to Mexico City was double the time it took to get there. My only notes are (1) pack snacks, (2) the drink tasting is more like just time in a gift shop - a cool gift shop - but just a touristy section nonetheless (3) the tour guide they called for us went over on time. So be sure to let your tour guide know how much time you want to spend at the pyramids (which I highly recommend because our balloon pilot didn't provide any information about the site). All-in-all, great experience. Would recommend!

    While not inexpensive, this was a stunning way to experience a beautiful moment in the sky getting an overview of the scale of this archaeological site. Professional from start to finish — driver was timely, lovely & courteous. A support staff greeting and making sure those heading out in balloons were safe, having fun. The pilot was extremely professional, able to answer questions and even had great music that added to the experience. And, they land the baskets in the truck beds - amazing coordination and combined effort of their team. This is one of the top 3 places in the world for balloons in the sky at once - which just enhances the beauty of the memory. Yes, they sell a photo package - lots of photos that they take, plus attached video from the balloon AND drone footage - though I didn’t purchase, it did give perspective that you can’t do on your own. The meal, pulque, etc. were fine - some food, a little information (yes, hoping you will purchase but still very interesting), nice company of fellow travelers. For us, the balloon experience really does not provide the history of the site, so we added a tour guide to help to learn about what we were seeing. I highly recommend doing this. And, actually seeing the pyramids, followed by a trip to the Anthropology museum, helped put Mexico’s ancient history in perspective. These guys are a professional team!

    Lovely crew from pickup to drop off. Beautiful view. Good landing 👍 👌 Decent amount of time at each stop balloon flight ,breakfast,tasting, and free time at teotihuacan pyramids.
    An Experience You Don't Want to Miss

    This was my first time in Mexico City and I was really interested in getting a full experience of visiting Teotihuacan. The whole process from start to finish was very professional. The driver, Rafael, arrived at the hotel for pickup on time and took me and one other passenger to the balloon site. Once there, the instructor gave us the run down on what to expect and all of the safety precautions. She was very friendly and professional, which made the experience better. I was hesitant about how I would feel, due to my fear of heights, but the flight experience was totally worth it. The ride was smooth and I felt very secure in the air. I was able to take videos and pictures of the landscape. Seeing the pyramids from above is a majestic view. We were offered a video package of our flight, if desired. Afterwards, we had breakfast at the cave. There was a restaurant within an actual cave; a totally new experience for me. From there, we were drove to the pyramid site and were allowed time to roam at our leisure. Rafael waited at the entrance until we were set to leave. Overall, I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone interested in history, adventure, or, above all, just visiting Mexico City for the first time. Viator certainly made it good experience.

    We got to see the sunrise we flew over the pyramids we got to eat in a cave the whole experience was worth it! We actually got to visit the pyramids. They picked us up at our hotel. We didn’t have to worry about a thing they also took us on a mezcal tour. This was amazing! Do it!

    Very fun experience, the hot air balloon was amazing, excellent service from Victor and our driver Danny too! After the ride we went to a restaurant in a cave which is nice, we didn’t love the breakfast but it wasn’t bad. Definitely a must do when in Mexico City!

    AMAZING and breathtaking experience. All of my friends thought this was the highlight of our long weekend in Mexico. From the pickup to the hot air balloon to drop off, everything was well organized. If anyone's on the fence about this, I would highly recommend including this into your schedule. I would rate this a 15/10 experience.

    The activity was on a tuesday. Pickup at 4:30 AM. Driver was on time. Quiet ride. The flight was canceled due to wind. I was impressed that they chose security over money. They told us that they would split the transportation cost with us to come back another day and that we would have to pay 380 MXN. We did the other activities. Restaurant is ok. Teotihuacan visit is way too short. Came back next monday. Flight was fantastic. Only 4 stars because the transportation price they charged us to come back was 600 instead of 380.

    Great service. Everything was communicated well. The drivers and guides were very pleasant and the pilot of our balloon was clearly an expert in his craft. I had a ton of fun. It was totally worth the early wake up time.

    A bucket list must do for me. 10/10 for a smooth timely fun tour. Team were exceptional helped me in and out of the balloon as I had a recent ankle fracture. Nice touch giving the history of it after with bubbles to celebrate. Lovely historical views cannot believe I’ve not done this before in any of my 3 previous Mexico City trips.
