Remember that if you booked the option without transportation, we will share the location of our balloon port with you a day before so you can arrive on your own. And if you booked with transportation, we will go directly for you to your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City. The pick-ups start from 4:50 am to 5:20 am in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacán at 6:10 am on the first flight schedule. For second schedule, the schedule start from 6:20 to 6:40 am in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacán at 7:40 am. NOTE: Remember that we are subject to availability, always prioritizing that your experience is on the first schedule. If there is high demand, you will be notified that your flight will be on the second schedule.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

One word. WOW! From beginning to end an incredible journey and experience. The team at Nuevo Cielo especially Rommel and Luna were amazing. We felt safe and taken care of, the behold day. Just the balloon ride was worth the price. Everything else was a bonus. Don’t complain about that early morning wake up. Just do it. You won’t regret it. I hope you have good winds. That’s the only thing that can cause any disappointment. And that’s nobody’s fault. Enjoy!!

One of the best experiences of my life 10/10!!!! If you are reading this BOOK now, believe me you will enjoy a great and completely SAFE experience. I was very lucky to be able to fly over the pyramids and take many super nice photos, the pilot was friendly and professional, the landing was very smooth. The driver was very respectful and punctual. From the moment you arrive in Teotihuacan you are given a pleasant welcome and my guide Luna has perfect English, he was very friendly and made sure that we enjoyed the experience to the fullest. Breakfast in the cave is delicious and the place has incredible decoration. The cultural part was wonderful, you learn a lot about obsidian and agave, also try local drinks. I recommend the mezcal creams, they were my favorites. At the end of experience they gift me a beautiful obsidian necklas, with this you can see the sun!!

What an amazing experience! I thought I would be scared once the hot air balloon started moving, but it was actually very relaxing! The ruins were beautiful and our guides made the whole thing very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this excursion.

We loved the sunrise golden light on the balloons! And seeing the pyramids from the air before while the site was empty of tourists was very special. Flying high and then eating breakfast below ground was a fun contrast.

Balloon ride incredible, everything else a waste

Our driver was wonderful, the hot air balloons were INCREDIBLE but if I were to do it over again I’d book a cheaper option without the cave breakfast and the stop at Teotihuacan. Every leg of the trip was just trying to get you to spend more money. But this photo package, leave a review for a free trinket, buy chotchkes from this overpriced shop. The cave looked nothing like the advertised picture and you couldn’t order what you want, there were a few mediocre options. Coffee and orange juice were good. Didn’t feel like a traditional tour as your tour guide dumps you off with the balloon guides, then dumps you with the breakfast servers, then dumps you at the little shop. That said, the balloon company was incredible (Nuevo Cielo) and the experience with them was phenomenal. Save yourself the extra $$$

At Balloon Port at no time are you obligated to purchase a drone photography or video package, they are optional and there is a team that works independently of us. The opinion they were asked is about their experience at Globo, rating the company of balloons for a small extra souvenir. In the cooperative at no time are you obliged to buy, it is just a cultural space and if you want to buy something it is your decision. reviewing your reservation, you were assigned a private transportation, your driver Ari was attentive of you at all times. However, I think you mistook your driver as if he were your guide, Luz de luna was your guide and she was accompanying you at all times during your entire tour. About the restaurant, it is breakfast and Mexican food (chilaquiles, quesadillas, sopes). We consider your opinion, thank you very much.

The overall experience was great. We chose to be picked up at our AirBnB and the diver arrived early giving the experience a positive start, from there all was with the same level of experience.
