    First hot air balloon trip with kids had blast. We went on Jupiter …..well that was name of our balloon. 😀😀😀
    If you can, take a company with better crews.

    Good: - views amazing - lift off and sailing very smooth Could be improved: - shuttle bus needs branding (it says it has it, it doesn’t) and/the driver needs to be vocal when arriving about what company he is with. 5+ companies pick up from the same place in CDMX. Bad: - the landing was rough as hell. Crew was not ready at landing location and we did a hard hit and skid for like 20m vs other companies generally landed on a truck bed.

    Highly recommend! Such a fantastic experience all around. Staff were friendly and highly professional, and communication beforehand was very clear. The views are breathtaking and we got to watch the sunrise from the sky. Dress warm because it’s very cool in the morning. There’s lockers onsite to store personal items, as you can’t take anything with you. We took our own transportation, and then Ubered over to the pyramids after the ride. Overall, 10/10 experience.

    Great experience, there’s nothing quite like it. At least 100 balloons in the air going over the pyramids in Mexico- dress warm, it’s cold in the morning

    While next door company had balloons in the air ( picture uploaded ) , this company refused stating fog is heavy . We woke up 4 am to come to this and they made us sit 4 hours and then cancelled on us . They refused the refund stating We booked third party ( viator ) . It was a mess and very disappointing .

    WE GOT HERE ON TIME BUT THEY TOOK SO LONG TO SET UP WE MISSED THE SUNRISE AND AROUND 7:30am is when they started setting up only for them to cancel the flight due to “weather” mind you there were plenty of other balloons in the air

    They a little late, we lost the sunrise. The balloon didn’t cross on pyramids which not inform about it. But on advertising shows that which is pictureized by drones.

    Truly incredible! So worth getting up that early. We were orginally scheduled to go on Thanksgiving day but they messaged us the night before and said the weather was supposed to be poor and that for safety reasons asked if we could go Friday. It ended up raining Thursday, so glad they were proactive. Friday was incredibly clear. They were organized, communicative, professional and on time. We had a driver pick us up at our Airbnb and take us there so we did not use their transportation. Upon arrival you check in and then go downstairs for coffee and pastries. Our pilot was Alfredo and he was amazing. Funny and very informative. BTW one of my son's friends went with a different company and they took them up in the fowl weather, it was a bad experience. So glad We Fly (Viator) put safety first!

    The balloon is from Jupiter Mexico and tour under Weflymexico. We are lucky that the pilot able to the flypass top of the pyramid. Weather nearly grounding the flight. But luckily cloud still ableto hold.
