Pickup details

You must arrive at the meeting point on time since there is NO tolerance, the exact pick-up time is assigned a day before by the logistics and transportation team. Transportation will contact you to confirm this schedule. The return to CDMX will be at the following points: Palacio de Bellas Artes, Ángel de Independencia or Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Polanco.

The hot air ballon flight DID NOT go...

The hot air ballon flight DID NOT go over the pyramids or ruins as seen in the photos. The balloon ride simply went over nearby fields. There was no English guidance for the story telling at the end of the tour. We were lucky to have a bilingual family on the tour to help translate. The breakfast was GOOD. There was NO guide for Teotihuacan simply transport to and from.

A terrific day out......transport was on time and confirmed the day before flight. Sky Balloons were professional in their operations, and the flight was serene with spectacular views over the pyramids. Plus a chance to look at everyday life from a different angle. The breakfasst was far better than expected with a full buffet. There was a brief info session on mezcal and textile productions. Admission to the pyramids was included however, there was no guided tour....do it yourself style. There is quite a lot of signage through the area, or you can hire guide independently. Check where pickups are from - generally only downtown hotels. Otherwise you need to make your own way to and from pick up point which is the Angel of Independence. And be prepared for heavy traffic getting back to the city

Great service and attention! I didn't try the breakfast that was included because we decided to go to a restaurant La great and it was all perfect! I definitely loved the experience! The bubbly was not freixenet as advertised but at that altitude you don't care much about it! hahaha

The hot air ballon flight is epic andunforgettable experience but don't book via Viator. The reasons are the followings: 1 no one contacted me before the tour to discuss exact departure time and pick-up info, I tried to reach them all the time. Finally I got the info a few hours before leaving. 2 there is no English guidance as promised 3 the walking tour in Teotihuacan is not a tour and has no guide either so you cannot get any info about the pyramids 4 much more expensive than booking the same tour in mexico city with a local travel agent 5 despite of tour description the Guadalupe shrine was not included 5 you cannot unsubscribe their newsletter 6 noone reacts on my complaints.

Excelente atención, trato y coordinación del tour. Solamente le cambiaría un par de cosas, primero que en el globo no pueden meter 4 personas en una división ya que uno no se puede mover y segundo el tiempo para recorrer las piramides a pie 1,5 horas no es suficiente para hacer el recorrido, tuvimos que ir a prisa y esto resto un poco el disfrute de la actividad.
