It was a nice experience with this private ride! Beautiful scenery and I was not scared for a moment though i was afraid of height. Everyone is professional including the pilot as well as the photographer using drone and GoPro. Tasty breakfast after the ride.. I highly recommend others visiting CDMX for this experience.

It's early but the company provides coffee and snacks for a fee. The staff were energized, kind and informative. We had an amazing time and were able to capture beautiful pictures and memories. Highly recommend

Amazing view and great service! Definitely recommend to do this while in Mexico. On the way back you can have a nice walk to the pyramids if you are not fancy to go with the whole group.

You have wronf location of starting point. Practicly nobody speaks english. You get instructions, what to do in spanish. No need, to be there 40 minutes before start. Too many people in a basket on baloon, it was really crowded.

We took an uber to the place. Got there too early. Other people didn’t arrive until 6am. It was hard to find an uber back to the city but we eventually got one. The ride was nice. It was total of 30 mins.

I choose this company volar en globo because it was the cheapest price I could find, despite it having the lowest reviews. But most people were complaining about being stuck there for lunch. We had a rental car so I knew that wouldn't be a problem. And I'm glad I did! This was a great experience and every one was very helpful and friendly and professional. Highly recommend this and the views were amazing!

The actual hot air balloon ride (not handled by the tour company). The pickup was at 5:15a as described. What wasn’t shared until after booked was that you can’t be over a certain amount of weight. I am 225lbs of all muscle and had to pay an extra $3 per pound over the threshold. This information should have been provided even in the fine print. They provided 2 optional times of departure back to Mexico City, both were 10:30a and 1:00p. The driver told us that we can go to the Pyramids and that there was a shuttle. When the driver came to pick us up to take us to the pyramids, 45 mins later we were back in Mexico City. We completely missed the pyramids because of this. The ride over the Pyramids is really nice but has nothing to do with this company. Another known fact that I would have found helpful was to pack long sleeves or a jacket as it was very very cold that early in the morning. The tour company did not provide us with this information. The breakfast was also outside so it made it colder. My advice, book a private car or take an uber to the location and pay for the experience on the fly.
