    It was awful , they gave us time frame that was off so we were late they call the captain right before our ride we had no ice in cooler good thing we had our own cups which didn’t do any good because there were no ice had pay an additional $100 for captain fee on arrival that we didn’t know nothing about

    You booked and did not contact you, you entered a number from Spain and it was not correct, messages were sent to you through the platform throughout the day before the tour and you did not respond. You arrived 45 minutes late from the time you had reserved, and since you did not answer our call attempts and were unable to confirm the reservation, that tour was considered canceled and we made the exception of giving you the complete 2-hour tour, it is true, the captain arrived 20 minutes late because your tour was not scheduled and your day had already ended, the captain's rate is clear in the description, you were given ice but you wanted extra ice for no reason. You had a tour and you didn't lose your money, you should be more fair with your rating since what you describe is a lie.

    We were celebrating my daughter who was graduating from medical school. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Juan was a great captain. We brought sandwiches and beverages and enjoyed the fresh air and all the beautiful homes on the waterfront. If any complaints, there was one bottle of champagne for 9 people. If I had know we would have brought more ourselves. But overall experience was great.

    First time renting a yacht! My experience with captain Peter was awesome! He was very friendly and right away greeted us once we got there. Reservation steps were alittle misread by me at first. I didn’t know I had to pay the captain his fee and a landing fee so please be aware that’s what needs to be paid after paying and reserving a yacht. But customer service through them was good. Very quick on responding and helping me out. Don’t expect for this yacht to be a new one like I did. It is alittle run down already from the inside but again I really enjoyed my first experience on one and so did my family. They all had fun.
