Unfortunately, after traveling all the way to Texas, due to a corporate racing event on 4/25/24, the roads were blocked off at the Marketside location and we did not get to attend this excursion. Therefore, I will be requesting a refund.

Miami at Night

If you want a quick easy way to get acclimated in Miami this is a nice way to do it. Content of narration was average. However seeing the city at night especially Ocean Drive Art Deco section was spectacular.

I only have 4 stars because we didn’t have a tour guide other than that it was an excellent choice. I would recommend anyone taking the night tour to take a blanket or hoodie. It was extremely windy on the top of the bus.

Let me start by saying we will never book anything through this company again. We was coming from Orlando to have a nice weekend in Miami. We left in plenty of time to get here here early but traffic was horrible and we didn’t get until here in time to take the tour Friday night. So thinking the company would understand our situation since we already they were completely insensitive. The simple thing would have been to let us do it the next day since we already paid but these corporations only about their bottom line and customer service doesn’t exist anymore. If you have any other options besides Viator please go with them!!!!

We did love it. Night tour guide was amazing.. The bus slowed that we had time take pictures the skyline tour. It was a beautiful night to do the night to tour. Just Make you download the app on Big bus hop on. and """location Bayside Marketplace""401 Biscayne Blvd. We have booked this twice. Because I have download the paper voucher papers.. there two addresses.. we thought we can catch it on Washington Street.. we were just waiting. I realize it was 8:30 and then I'm pushing nine. Told my mom I don't think the bus is coming. So we had called viator customer service and told our situation and my status in process of a refund. The next day we have book again on the big bus hop app and we were on right addresses. We had a great time..it great activity to finish Miami in good notes.
