Fun time on the water!

Great drinks! Enjoyed our Miami Vice cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu! Fun seeing the beautiful homes of celebrities and the not so famous! The weather was perfect and the crew and captain were very professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Miami!

We had such a great experience! We almost missed the boat but they were nice enough to wait for us to board. The staff was super nice, friendly and professional. The music and drinks were on point and they were good at describing all the fancy homes on the tour in English and Spanish. I highly recommend.

Trip cancelled without explanation

Departure was changed a few days before the event. At the day of the event the departure was first delayed with 30 minutes while waiting to board the boat and subsequently cancelled. We never received a valid explanation for the cancellation and we could not get e refund directly - only by contacting Viator subsequently. I would not book this company again.

Reserved a 3pm tour only to be told after we showed up that it was actually at 4pm, for which they tried to blame Viator for even though my email from them also said 3pm. The tour was ok (very good/funny guide, but just not as much to see as expected), but the bathroom onboard was unusable.

Music Centered around Latinos

The cruise is nice however we were one of the 2 white families. The reminder were Latinos which were very nice people and we talked with them. However 1-1/2 hours of all Spanish music was awful. They were definitely catered too and I noticed only 2 of the family’s tipped. My recommendation would play all types of music and include everyone

Fun family experience. Great crew. Definitely sit outside if you can as you can see more. We didn’t go up top we just stayed on the first level but you can see everything from the first level. We booked thru Viator and did the book now pay later. Which is nice when planning a vacation and budgeting for everything

Severely delayed and no basic customer care

Waited (standing) 1 hour and 20 mins before we eventually could board, no communication to explain delays unless you chased down a crew member. It didn’t appear to be their fault for the delay but as always if you communicate this to the waiting paying customers it would be common respect vs just assuming they will happily wait 1 hour and 20 mins standing with no communication. Very poor experience and wouldn’t recommend with this company.

We were told to be there 20 minutes before our ship took off. We waited almost 2 hours before anyone told us what was going on. After this time we were told that there was a problem with the boat and that the owner was changing a part after almost 2 hours. Visitors like us were inconvenienced and told that the only options were a refund or get on a smaller boat holding 79 that was leaving in an hour. This is not the way business is supposed to be handled. We should have at least gotten a portion of our money back for the time we could never get back. The owner should have made us aware but he never came to us to apologize.
