Hagen picked me up from my hotel exactly on time. Cant miss his car its got a wild design. He gave tour on the way to everglades and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this one over the others as its got a better price and quality.

Pick up at the hotel. Transportation with Hagen, a very knowledgeable and nice guy who told us a lot about the tour and alligators, crocodiles and other animals in the Everglades. Good boat tour with a knowledgeable guide, we did see two aligators even though just from a distance, but also so a lot of nature landscapes and some nice birds. Short but interesting show with the aligators at the centre, including risky activities by the volunteer performers.

Really fun time with a great group. Didn't see a lot of alligators but we went later in the day. Better time would be morning. Make sure if you go you have Dillon for a Capitan. Dude is an awesome guide / Captain!!

We declined to go because when booked they said they would pick us up from the hotel and then sent a text or email saying we had to come to the pickup and we said no. I called to cancel but got the runaround and I am just gonna dispute the charge

Worth the money, but not as private as expected

Hagen was very communicative and flexibly allowed us to change the pickup location to the cruise terminal at the last minute. His historical banter was well rehearsed and funny - he’s a great tour guide. The Everglades portion was a mixed bag. Though our own party was fairly small (maybe 15 people in our van / airboat tour), we were mixed in with hundreds of other tourists. The airboat is operated by a separate tour company, and Hagen was essentially demoted to “bus driver”. The alligator show was well rehearsed, impressive, and funny, however it felt like the passion of the host was lacking (my wife says “he was tired of giving these presentations”).

If you like waiting in lines and cars for hours it’s great

The driver was incredibly slow was honked at the entire tip and ended up pulling over to waste time - got to the park and waited over an hour for the air boat - air boat was cool - then we had to wait another 45 minutes for the “show” portion- overall it was so much waiting and lines and no poorly run - took the entire day 7-3 for all of an hour and a half of actual experience

Very much educated trip to me. Learn lots of Everglades park and alligators. It was surprisingly different a than what I thought I know. Just didn’t give 5 stars because we didn’t see much beside lots of water lily. But it isn’t their fault. Our guide Christian was very friendly and kind enough for our trip comfortable and fun. I fully recommend this opportunity.

No 3 hour trip available, so be prepared to spend a whole day for this trip

The boat ride was 60 minutes, but the entire trip was almost 7 hours. We signed up for a 3 hour trip and our guide said that there was no 3 hour version, only a 4-5 version. But, even that trip lasted 7 hours. The guide was nice and fun, but that time frame took up 🔝 it entire day and made us miss our dinner reservation. Viator should not offer the 3 hour trip. In addition, we were the last boat out, so we missed seeing a lot of wildlife.

Don’t book this tour without a definitive and confirmed pick up spot!

Don’t book through Banana Joe! They messed up on the pick up location and we weren’t able to go on the prepaid tour. We’re out $120. Two phone calls into Viator has not yielded any refund. I sent 3 evidence documents to no avail. They’re still working on it but the lack of communication was frustrating.

Hagan was great-entertaining and knowledgeable on the ride to the park. We all learned a lot, laughed and saw some incredible wildlife. Pick up was kind of a mess because roads were closed that they weren’t aware of but Hagan contacted me and came to where we were finally able to park. Definitely something you should consider when coming here!

Christian was a fantastic tour guide! He was very friendly and shared lots of helpful information about our tour and Miami! He took great care of his group at the park and made sure we each had an unforgettable experience. The tour itself was fun. We had an airboat ride through the Everglades and an alligator show afterwards. There is a cafe on sight to purchase sandwiches and snacks.

Great day from start to finish, the only 1 thing which would have been the icing on the cake was seeing an alligator, none wanted to come and play 🤪 however Gus our guide was trying his hardest to find them, even though this was unsuccessful he was brilliant, very passionate about his job and informative. The show after was brilliant and we then got to see some alligators! Hagen who picked us up, helped when at the Everglades and then drove us back was amazing! He was very informative and efficient! To and from the venue he provided us with some history and current information and was very helpful and happy! Trip was well worth the money!
