Terrible way of communicating with me. We were not able to go because ride showed up at hotel at 745am to pick us up. I didn't know we ha a confirmation. I tried to call company twice and left 2 messages to call me as we wanted to try the next day. I also sent a message thru their website asking to rebook. Never heard from them. I'm expecting a refund.

Hagen was our guide and he was fantastic! You can tell he really loves what he does and loves Miami. He instilled a desire for us to return and stay longer. Great knowledge of the area and the area’s history. Well organized tour with stops for photos, refreshments and strolling. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Miami for the first time!
