Poor Safety and Dirty seats

Hi this Synthia , i had taken this tour but very disappointed with the quality .. there were no safety measurments and seats were dirty , no hygiene maintain .. it was to disappointed

We enjoyed the tours very much. The bus tour was informative. I would have enjoyed more history of the area. The millionaire’s boat tour was fun. We enjoyed our stop in Little Havana the most, including recommended restaurant for lunch-great Mojito, don’t miss it!

Picked up on Collins Avenue for Miami City Tour and Biscayne Bay Cruise, stopped off at Little Havana and Bayside Marketplace before the Bay Cruise. The microphone was far to load and load music in between the guide speaking. We did this tour 5 years ago and it was much better on that one we also stopped at Wynwood Walls and had a tour around Coconut Grove and the music and guide were not so load, sorry but this time it spoilt it for us.

Our tour guide didn't really talk about the city much! She just pointed out all the buildings during our ride not giving much information. We were expecting to learn more about the history and the city overall. She had us go down at some graffiti place but never told us that we can't go in. We were at a lost the whole time. The Biscayne cruise was great! The tour guide on the boat is full of information and funny at the same time.

Worst tour ever

This website says this tour was a 7-hour tour. It was really only 5.5 hrs and I couldn’t be happier to get off of it. The bus is a double decker with NO AIR CONDITIONING on the bottom deck! I sat in the lower deck as I needed a break from the sun beating on me and it was 87 degrees that day.I found out quickly there’s no a/c. I asked the tour guide and she says no and didn’t even inform me. She clearly saw me sitting there sweating. I’ve been on many tours and this was the worst , ever. The tour guide was short and quick when we had questions for her. Awful tour. Save your money and run.

Great Bus & Boat Tour

Absolutely loved the bus tour and being able to eat lunch at Little Havana. The Cuban food and the magic mojitos were perfection. The boat ride was great, and I loved finding out the stars and costs of their mansions (I am an avid watcher of HGTV). There were also so many cute shops, bars, and yummy restaurants at bayside to end the days excursions. I would definitely recommend this tour.

L’organisateur le prévient la veille qu’il n’y a pas de pick up à mon hôtel et me propose un pick up a 25 mn de marche à pied de mon hôtel. Au retour le chauffeur m’indique qu’il va me déposer deux blocs avant l’hôtel car soit disant le car ne peut pas entrer dans le parking de l’hôtel. Dans le bateau il ne restait que des places au soleil et enfin la fin de la croisière la guide a disparu . Le car n’était pas vraiment à l’endroit qui nous avait été indiqué. Pour être honnête on n’a as vu grand chose de Miami ni de little Havana .
