This company is a Scam! We booked a sunset cruise, they said we should go to their office behind the Victoria secret. We went there, stayed in line for an hour and when it got to our turn, they said they couldn’t find our name and we should step aside. After a while they told us to go to another area in the bay, that our boat will be there. We got there, we met very hostile people who checked us In and asked us to wait that our boat was coming. Half an hour later, an old, smelly water taxi with a dog In it arrived and we were told that that was what we booked for. I was traumatized!

Very Confusing & Didn't Receive What I Paid For.

The cruise was a great experience, but everything leading up to it was not. The directions on how to get to the port were not anywhere in my email. It directs you to the main location, which has more than 20 other boat docks. It took me around 40 minutes to find the correct dock, which you can only do by calling the customer service number. I was sent up and down and all around the port because no one knew which boat I was on, because the name of the company was ALSO not in the email. Then, I had to pay a rebooking fee, and didn't get the full experience I paid for. I paid $100 for an entree from Hard Rock Cafe & unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, neither of which I got. This was also part of the confusion, because it was supposed to include this entree from Hard Rock Cafe, yet it's located across the dock from Hard Rock.

I booked for 9/20 at 8pm. I had an early dinner reservation and planned to end my evening with a boat tour. I received a call at 3:40pm saying that they would not be doing an 8pm tour and that I needed to reschedule. He couldn’t explain why, but my guess is that they never offer the 8pm based on other reviews that I’m seeing. The only reason I booked with them in the first place was because they offered an 8pm option and that is what I wanted and I could see that the weather would be bad for the remaining evenings that I am in town. So they booked me for 7:30pm today, 9/21. It stormed violently all afternoon and evening today 9/21. Thunder, lightning, and rain. Naturally I wasn’t comfortable or interested in a boat tour during a thunderstorm. They refuse to refund. It’s $30…not a big deal but definitely the principle. It’s their fault that I could not take the ride that I booked originally and they should do the right thing and refund me my money. So I am booking with someone else for tomorrow night, via viator, and will leave them a glowing review in place of the refund I’m owed.

I booked this tour for the last departure of the evening. I was en route in an Uber when I received a text message informing me that my scheduled tour would not be departing, as it was listed in error. They offered me an earlier tour, although there were none left for the evening. I ended up wasting $40 in Uber fees and my only evening in Miami on this non-existent tour. There are so many other options, I recommend just choosing a different company.

The whole experience was horrible and ruined our evening.? The driver never showed up to pick us up from the hotel. We waited for an hour. The customer service agent first said we were too early. Then they kept saying just wait he is on the way. Driver never showed.

I had a great time!! The sunset was amazing. I will say that when you purchase your tickets online, you should be told that you will need to go get a boarding pass as well. We stood in line for awhile before we knew that. We ended up having to go on the next trip.

I did this with a friend and our 2 19 year old daughters. Show up early if you want a spot along side the side of the boat. Mojitos were delicious. I guess I would have to say the houses were not terribly mouth dropping. A good amount of time I couldn't really tell which house he was talking about because everyone started to stand it was hard to see the houses. It was just ok, but fun boat ride and host. Could always show up early to shop and have dinner or lunch. I read the Hard Rock menu was limited so we had dinner at Black Market Bayside. Good food, atmosphere and service!

We arrived a little late due to traffic and a sudden downpour. When we got to the pier, behind the Victoria’s Secret, where we were told to meet, there was a long line of people waiting to board the boat. All of them were confused as there were no signs and nobody directing anyone as to which boat they were supposed to board. We figured it out from Photos online that we were in the right line. We waited about 30 minutes to board . When we finally get to the front of the boat we are told to go to a checkin office. We go to the check-in office and they tell us that we missed the check-in deadline and we would have to call a phone number to rebook or get a refund. We went back to the boat and told this to the person who was boarding the passengers. She insisted that she made several announcements telling everyone to go to the checkin office. Neither my party or any of the parties around me heard any of these announcements . There were a lot of people and it was crowded so it was possible that she made them and we just didn’t hear them. After a lot of arguing, they did allow us to board the boat. The entire time on the water was less than one hour the tour was average. Basically, a ride around the bay pointing out the homes of millionaires. The boat was crowded, and the seats were wet because of the downpour. No one on the boat bothered to wipe the seats off. Many people had to stand. I guess I was turned off by the whole boarding process and the lack of instructions when you got to the pier.

Don’t buy the transportation

The cruise itself was ok but nothing special However, the communication with the company was terrible. I got charged for the transportation that was actually not offered and spent 3 hours of my time on the phone to get my refund. Went there in person -couldn’t help either.
