It was inconsiderate. It was raining and they did not give me a refund nor they did not wanted me to do the ride later in the day. I had my parents with me I was not going to let them be in the rain and get sick. The people did not wanted to even give us an alternative.

Very nice, we had a great time. Good opportunity to view Miami from a different perspective. It's worthbthe money.

Really crappy boat and guide. Boat was so loud you couldn’t even hear half of what was said. What a waste of $$$

Not able to hear guide over the noise of the boat. Get decent speakers or a quieter boat. Sounded like a 747 jet .
