Directions to pickup location were incorrect. Which caused us to miss our scheduled time. Since the actual pickup was on the complete other end of Bayside near margaritaville

The cruise was only 60 minutes not 90.
We almost missed the cruise because three different people told us where to pick up the cruise.
We had a phone number to call which gave us the wrong directions.

We went on time and touring operator did not let us board cruise saying he does not have tickets and asked us to call viator help desk and check with them.I called support desk number provided by viator and no one answered.our family had a terrible experience and I even raised a complaint with citi bank credit card for dispute.Looks like it is a scam after money being deducted and did not expect this from viator.

I loved this cruise! Miami lit up at night was cool to see. They also took a cruise around some private islands where you saw celebrity homes and their boats.

The instructions for boarding weren’t very clear and we ended up missing our 7pm cruise. We arrived 15 minutes early as we were instructed to do, however there is no clear signage or booth where the line was already forming. We kept looking at our digital tickets for further information but our tickets didn’t have the name of the boat, or the company that we should be looking for, no clear instructions, we thought our digital tickets would suffice it apparently we needed to get paper tickets instead? What a mess. We waited in the long line to get onto the boat but the “ticket taker” said that we were in the wrong line and we needed to walk over to a different booth (that is poorly lit with minimal signage) wjere I had to wait in line AGAIN. By the time I got to speak to somebody it was 710pm and our 7pm boat was pulling away. We were told that we would be on the 730pm cruise to see millionaires mansions? We signed up for a skyline cruise and had no interest in seeing fancy homes. We also didn’t want to be out until 9pm+ because we had dinner reservations for 845 that we couldn’t break. After standing back in line waiting for the boat we decided to simply walk away. We were done waiting in lines for a cruise that we didn’t choose, and there was another line to wait and see if we could get a refund, so we decided to just walk away. I would recommend that this company it some large signs that identify the name of the boat, the name of the company, the time and type of cruise, and perhaps move the booth to where the stairs are where everyone lines up. Many people around us were also confused and were asking each other if they were in the right place, in the correct line (there were multiple cruise companies, some had easy access booths with an actual person wearing a shirt with the name of the cruise company etc). This would have made the process much simpler. I wasted $70+ on a cruise that I couldn’t take. Would be great to get a refund. Thx
