This boat ride is worth it. reserve online to avoid missing out. I reserved my tickets 3 or 4 days in advance for a Thursday ride and 3 of the 4 scheduled daily rides were sold out for the rest of the week. Get in line as soon as you can when you get there. There is no assigned seating and you want an upper deck seat for amazing views. If you are in a group, you would like to sit together. There's a lady photographing passengers before boarding with a nice background that later on offers you to buy for $15. There's also a raffle and you need to fill out a form with personal information (I wonder if they sell your info). I did not hear what the prize was. There's a DJ on the upper deck and he plays Latin music and mixes it up with a song here and there based on the passenger's nationalities. From the boat, you can see celebrities' mansions as the DJ points them out. If it is at night, you won't see much of them. You can buy beverages from the lower deck if you like. The views are amazing and I highly recommend this boat ride. I would do it again.

HORRIBLE!!! There was no experience!! We booked the Miami Skyline Cruise in description it stated there was a dance floor and a live dj, we get to aqua tours and are told no no dj and we’re booked on a pirate ship. If I wanted to do the pirate ship I would have booked the pirate ship. So we did not take the tour, I asked for a refund because that wasn’t what I paid for.My $60.00 was not refunded and was told to call the booking company

We would have loved for you to enjoy the trip more. The description clearly states that it will be a boat tour where you'll see the city illuminated. It doesn't specify which boat will be used for the tour, only the time.

No bones night time boat ride

The Miami night skyline is amazing. This was more simple and basic as expected. The Price was reasonable. The could have dimed the interior lights and maybe the DJ could have played some reaggea music. Will choose a more luxurious dinner or cocktail cruise next time. If you want a basic no frill nighttime cruise, this is the one for you.

The ship is nice and I was able to see the skyline by sunset. I would describe it as night sightseeing in family barbeque atmosphere. I was hoping for music who gets everybody in dance mood, but this would have probably been too much for the kids. Though this atmosphere was pretended while leaving the harbour and returning to the harbour for otheres to see. Me personally, I recommand to do the sightseeing by day and to leave the kids at home at night!

I have no memories of this Curise because they would not allow me and my friends on the boat because we paid online one month ahead of time and was delayed by things beyond my control…. My Birthday was July 17th and I wanted the experience of seeing Miami from the water so in June I gathered my best friend and booked 3 tickets for this skyline Curise we flew all the way from New York ….. when we arrived in Miami they was a thunderstorm that delayed us at the airport, by the time we got to our hotel and got dressed we were bearly making it we tried calling to let them know that we were on our way but got not answering. When we arrived they was a Cuban protest blocking the streets which made us 15 mins late so we missed the boat. I pleaded with the person at the desk to put us on the next boat I even told him it was my birthday and should him my ID and he was very rude to me and said I was wasting my time. He said he will loose money if he put us on the next boat I told him I am loosing my money because they was not giving refunds …. How can someone be so heartless all he said was welcome to Miami! I was only in Miami for 3 days and I had use this company viator for other events during my trip which I enjoyed but my actual birthday was very disappointing because of this heartless Individual he sold tickets in front of my face to other customers that was giving him cash which meant the boat was not full.. he could of easily Accommodated me because I had proof that I was coming from New York and the plane was delayed Because of the weather which is something that I cannot control, And I was still able to make it there then I was blocked by a protest which was also beyond my control.

Although we understand that there were situations outside your control, customer delays are also out of our control. However, as long as there is availability, our staff is authorized to help customers move to the next available boat, but again this can only be done when there is availability; otherwise, it is impossible to help.

I loved the fact that this was on a pirate ship, but it's really marketed as being much more fancy than this. It was also EXTREMELY difficult to find once we arrived at the port. We went from kiosk to kiosk until someone finally broke the news to us that it was on the pirate ship.

Show up early and find the booth. They don’t care if you miss the ride cause Viator is a 3rd party source.

Viator should have informed us about the early arrival and the procedure to check in. It was difficult finding the booth since there were multiple same businesses. Also the boat departed much earlier which made us miss our first ride.

Upset! If your coming from out of town don’t bother the boarding directions says right side of stage but it’s tons of boats over there the place is huge it’s no sign or anything that says where the boat this specific boat is none of the workers at the dock knew where this boat was I’m not sure if it was a scam or everyone was just not knowledgeable I called customer service to try to find the boat but it closed at 5pm we got there at 7pm so was out of luck so we wasted our money because it’s no refund never found the boat I’d recommend getting a cruise with a sign that’s easy to find like the speedboats or pirate cruise

Long line, was booked for 7:30 pm departure. Was told it would be at 8pm something held them up. Then at 9pm we were told to walk clear down the pier to another boat that would leave at 9pm. Refund process was a joke. Out of 80 bucks.

I really enjoyed myself, the view was amazing ! the Dj played great music and was nice enough to shout out happy bday to the bday people on board, staff was friendly and drinks were afordable (6$beers) and also had any kind of other drinks, worth the 23$ . would totally recomend
