Bus tour was so much fun. Would have enjoyed exploring more places. I would do that again. The stops were fun. Would have been nice to stop a few more spots. Loved the chance to take photos and try new things.

Tour Company Is not Trustworthy with times and locations for tour!

The tour itself was wonderful. The tour company running it was horrible. I got so many text messages and emails with conflicting information about start/end times and start and end meeting spots, a phone number that did not connect to a human and a bullying incident at the main office... that it ruined the day. The tour route changed also, not leaving enough time in Little Havana- the most exciting part of the tour!

OK so the first issue we met at one ghetto location then transferred to another more ghetto location. We were instructed to be a half hour early so we were. But the bus was behind and we stood outside for 45 minutes waiting in 100 degrees weather They offered no water or restroom. The tour guide was terrible tried to make corny jokes and looked like a wet rat. We should get half the money back and last thing they dropped us off at a different location where we started. And said tour is over and I accept tips. 🤣🤣🤣 that wouldn't happen

Communication was zero on this trip, they were supposed to pick us up at our hotel on the bus, instead we had to call them and they sent a shuttle to pick us up only to take us to their office where they made us wait for almost yet another hour. The tour of south beach was ok, we went to Little Havana for a very very short time (I am assuming because they started so late because of incompetentance) at Little Havana we were guided to we are assuming one cigar store and one shop where they pushed you to try thimble size samples of Cuban coffee. From here they took everyone to the marina where we were all herded into apparently a restaurant of their choosing which wasn't what we would have chose, then we went to go pick up our tickets for a 90 minute boat excursion, they had all different times so we had to pick the next leaving boat which we had to wait almost an hour in the heat with no where to sit or get in the shade. To round it all off we took our boat tour which was cool and went out to get picked up by one of the businesses buses to take us back to our hotel where we started....and there was none after waiting, so we called and they said they were not coming back there that day even though we knew they were giving boat tours until 7:00 pm that evening which was several hours away so we had to pay the extra 60+ dollars and Uber back to our hotel. It should be noted that we had it in writing to pick us up at our hotel and return us to our hotel when everything is done for the day. Do not use these services unless you want to be stressed all day and out even more money.

I booked without doing much research and tour was not what I expected (having reread everything it still wasn’t what I’d have expected). Coach took us through such a tiny part of South Beach there was time for one fact (Ali/boxing), the key was one photo opportunity and the majority of time in Little Havana-being shown local shops etc. The journey between them all was what I was interested in (views etc which were lovely). The coach then dropped us for the boat tour (about an hour wait so had lunch etc). Boat had many more people than seats upstairs so it was a tight squeeze with some folks noticeably annoyed. Houses looked amazing but only if you made your way to an edge could you get a decent photo. All felt a bit penned in for my liking so when tour finished (and we’d just missed one coach, they go most hours on the half passed) I got a taxi back to my hotel. Pleased I’ve seen what I did but would suggest you research your tour with a view to what it is you wish to see. I was expecting more

Bus was late to start. Was not sanitized, it was dirty and old. Didn’t see anything but traffic. I get that traffic happens but don’t you plan ahead for things like that? Saw NOTHING. Just nonsense while stuck in traffic. Went to little Havana. Had 30 minutes ams rushed along to get to boat part of the tour. Guide knew “things” but we SAW nothing. Boat was loud music. Cut away a few times to point things out but for someone who wants to really hear things about where we are, too many kids running around screaming, music way too loud in Spanish. For those who don’t know Spanish, it was torture. You could t see anything with kids running around uncontrolled and stepping on you. We have done one of these before with a different company and it was sooo enjoyable. Not this time. Bottom line- bud was late, not cleaned and patrons suffered for it because it was too rushed. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

The bus ride and boat ride were ok but the tour was lacking in quite a few areas. First of all there were no restrooms at the start or finish points and hard to find along the way -a problem for an all day tour. Secondly the guides were speaking in English and Spanish and had to talk like machine guns to get everything in before they passed the point of interest -so difficult to comprehend. The schedule for the day was unclear and often late so there was a lot of unnecessary waiting and often no place to sit so standing was the only option. Finally the guides and drivers passing a tip bucket and asking for tips multiple times was tactless and rude.
