Hagen was an excellent guide and narrator, with extensive knowledge of the area. It was very impressive how he could immediately change to narration in fluent German for the German customers without missing a beat.

Love that it's a small group tour! Hagen was a great driver and tour guide. Booked for English tour but he had a group of Germans, so it was a bilingual tour which was not a problem for us. Had some great stops to experience Miami culture. Hagen was great at explaining the history of the city. This is much better than the big bus tours.

It was a horrible experience, booked with hotel pick up without any problem, we were waiting and waiting and no body could be reached. Wasted half day by waiting and finally requested to cancel but still waiting for the refund

Totally unbelievable and appalling review! You had booked literally in the middle of the night the day before the tour! we had sent a message right away confirming being sold out and you obviously didn’t check your messages. Got your refund right away and still have the means to leave this review hiring small business during absolute busiest season of the year! Try to book your tour and in advance; not a few hours before proposed start time during the absolute busiest highest high season of the entire tour! May the good fortune always be on your side!!!

I visited Miami, Fl on Dec. 11-14, 2023 for the first time. The tour just made my trip more enjoyable. I wouldn't have seen and experience all the beautiful attraction in Miami without my tour. If you have limited time in Miami and want an awesome experience look no further. I booked at the last minute and had to reschedule from Saturday to Sunday...all this was done smoothly over email. There was a change of pickup location and this was also very clearly communicated. I was in a group with majority German tourists and the guide did a fantastic job switching between English (to cater for me) and German. At the various stops we got clear instructions to explore on our own and were picked up at agreed times. Overall a 5 star experience. Thanks Banana Joe team.

This was by far one of the best tours I have had in a very long time. Hagen was the best tour guide I have ever had and he deserves that title. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny, and, considerate, and entertaining. You can definitely tell that he has a passion for what he does. I highly recommend this tour for any person wanting to see and learn more about Miami.
