The driver was terrible. He spoke only spanish and was rude and unwilling to assist in anyway. We were supposed to leave from Sawgrass Mills at 17:00 and he didn't event wait for one minute past five. As a result, he left several people behind (luckily not us).

O motorista foi excelente. Muito cuidadoso com os usuários da van. Respeitou os horários. Já o escritório representante foi bem desleixado. Atendem bem mal.

Le site n’est pas à jour, il y a un seul départ et il est a 9h30 (merci à ceux qui l’ont précisé dans les autres avis) Le trajet s’est bien passé, mais le chauffeur a parlé en espagnol tout le long, et la clim était trop forte
