Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time in writing this review. Yes, you are absolutely correct, the Last Supper in Milan is a key item of anyone's visit in Northern Italy. It is, in fact, extremely hard to get tickets from the online booking office. They open at 9 am (which is the middle of the night for most countries) with 3 months in advance giving nobody's notice unless you are a tour operator. This means that you would have had to wake up in the middle of the night and hope to get the right time and day you wished for with the risk of not finding any. It's like trying to buy Cold Play concert tickets. This is the reason n.1 why buying tickets from a third-party is more expensive, we have guaranteed availability and what you find (at any time of day or night you are ready to purchase), is there and guaranteed. Additionally, the human and professional factor. You were greeted by a professional who had already picked up your tickets and welcomed you professionally to the venue, giving you instructions and helping you access the monument. All of this has a cost and I am tremendously sorry you were blinded by the simple difference and didn't consider, for even just a moment, what you were actually paying for. It is also true that nobody forced you to buy these tickets, and you could have easily found another resource for yourself. Hence, I find you 3-star review extremely unfair and potentially damanging. We will seek for advice. Sincerely, Angelo
