Was a small car instead...

Was a small car instead of the pictured van. But all around great service. Was waiting for us when we arrived in Nairobi with a name card so he was easy to find.

Airport Transfer. Didn't honor my request for a large vehicle.

The vehicle advertised for transfer from Jomo airport is not what I received. I requested a large (SUV/Van) vehicle because we had 3 large luggage; an electric wheelchair & my husband is very tall. The driver showed up in a small car that was barley able to fit our luggage. Ultimately, I didn't get what I paid for & the driver made it clear that he wanted a tip (the size of the car may not have been his fault).

Online booking was very easy and communication was fast and easy. Even though my flight was an hour late, Ben was still there waiting for me and he texted me his location and a picture of the sign he was holding so it was easy to locate him in the Arrivals section. I would definitely book again -great service!

Arrived in Nairobi at midnight, no one was there for pickup. When we called, they were not prepared to pick us up. Made arrangement with gypsy cab driver, who permitted us to use his phone & ended up taking us to the hotel.

Halo . yes we agree there was a confusion on the 2355 flight as it was booked as if it was arriving the next day. client wanted to be picked on the next day , while the flight was arriving 11.55 the previous day. Knowing they will be picked the next day. We have since corrected the anomaly and we apologise to the client. The driver who delivered the client to the hotel is known to us and was duly paid. Thank you

There is alot of rain and construction on Mombasa road leading to the airport .Dirty pools of water making the cars not sparkling clean. Apologies. The car had the security alarm on but he later figured that out and it started. Your Transfer was Very Late at Night with a curfew in Place But we are glad we delivered you safe and Sound to the Hotel.

Reliable pick up after international flight

Our transfer was right there as we walked outside the Nairobi airport after getting our bags and going through customs. There was a circle of many people holding up signs, and it was great relief to see one with our name on it. He helped us with our luggage and got us to our hotel. All went very smoothly, which is exactly what you want after a long international flight especially when you are arriving at night. I would use them again.
