Very long day

It was great seeing the giraffes, baby elphants and the national park. The downside was all the waiting. They picked me up at 8am and I got back to my hostel at 7:30pm. Some was due to traffic, but at the tariffs had to wait for another passenger. When we got to the psrk, took a good 20 minutes to get my ticket because it the be bought online. After the elephants, went to the restaurant. Afterwards another longer wait for the transfer. When we got to the park, they said since I left the park, I would have to pay another $45 to reenter. I feel confident it took over an hour waiting until they finally let us in. My ticket said. "good the the day."

It was a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this tour. The Giraffe Center and Elephant orphanage will be an experience of a life time. And the Game drive all worth it!!

Super expérience malgré des dépenses inattendues

Le programme est top, et notre guide aussi : un oeil de lynx pour repérer les animaux en safari, des explications intéressantes, et très avenant. Cependant, nous ne nous attendions pas à payer le déjeuner, ni celui de notre guide : l'aperçu précise que le déjeuner est inclus, ce qui est ambigu. Et dans la section « à quoi s'attendre », il est écrit que les billets d'entrée sont inclus, ce qui n'est pas le cas comme indiqué dans la section « ce qui est inclus ». Dans l'ensemble, nous avons payé beaucoup plus cher que prévu donc nous avons été un peu déçus de ce côté. Il pourrait être utile d'écrire les frais d'inscription (en fonction de la période de l'année bien sûr) afin que le client sache à quoi s'attendre en termes de coût. Pour tout le reste, nous nous sommes bien amusés avec les girafes, les éléphants et pendant le safari. Encore une fois, nous sommes reconnaissants d’avoir eu un si bon guide !
