Enjoyed speaking and met new people, especially from the UK. Enjoyed understanding what goals they met and opportunities gained.
False advertising- did not indicate this was 5pm or after

Super disappointed. The reservation never said a time. It only showed hours of operation and what came with the purchase meal. We got there at 3pm and they told us the tickets weren’t good until 5pm. We ended up paying for these tickets and had to buy our meal there, basically paying twice for the same thing. The tickets were money out the window. It was 4th of July and super crowded so we weren’t willing to come back or wait two hours and try to fight crowds or risk not being able to get out of downtown. Crazy disappointing.

The only entrees we could choose from were the burgers sandwiches and salads. We couldn’t choose a dessert in the menu. Instead, we were offered a brownie from the kids menu. We paid $77 for a meal worth $55 at maximum. Definitely recommend paying from the menu on the day if your visit. No benefit to booking here.

We walked in and was told it was an hour and a half wait. We finally got seated the place is very nice. I am not sure the price was worth it if I am not mistaken I paid like $103.0 a person. We were told we could have anything on the menu but stake. I had to ask for the side salad the manager came over and apologized but I am not sure if what I paid was worth it. Was I susposto get a tour or a souvenir?

Food was decent and plentiful. Music was all over the place and mostly did not fit the theme. Waitress was great and friendly but several employees (hostesses) had sour attitudes.
Staff doesn't pay attention to guests, and you will over pay to wait for them. Don't waste your time here.

Arrived with our tickets in hand only to have the hostess tell us she didn't have a table for at least 30 minutes. I explained we prepaid to AVOID waiting, showed her the tickets, and explained it wouldn't let us reserve a time. She put us at the bar while we waited for a table that never was offered, even though there were several open. We were told we couldn't order the ribs or anything upscale (steak, etc) even though we bought the more expensive Electric Menu--offered us burgers or chicken. The bartenders were SLOW and paying more attention to customers in the restaurant, and the drunk couple dropping loud F-bombs our entire dinner. My husband was furious--never got his 2nd drink and had to track down the manager for our bill because the bartender was MIA. He noticed he was charged for 4 instead of 3 drinks at over $80. We were never even OFFERED desserts we paid for. The guy said "that was a simple human error on my part as he crumpled the bill and walked away to get another bill so we could get our souvenier glasses from the gift shop. The guy at the gift shop rushed us and kept trying to tell us to go outside to buy shirts in the other shop because they had a better selection. I wanted to buy the masks on the counter and he ignored me & went outside. We followed only to see the lights shut off and door get locked. By then there was a long line to get back in so we didn't get to buy any shirts or anything...the guy was RUDE and wanted to do anything but take our money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. My husband never even got to see the other floors or any memorabilia. LAS VEGAS is hands down 110% better than this place. What a waste of a good night in Nashville :(
