You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great Bundle

This was a great pass to see the sites! I really appreciated I did not have to schedule all the site visits in advance. I hate having an overly programmed feel to a trip. The exception is The Country Music HOF does require an advance call to complete the reservation; but was totally worth it for the Studio B tour! The Hop On/Hop Off was a great way to become familiar with the City, and see some sites I would not have gone to. The guides/drivers on these trolleys are armed with information and history, so it is a very informative tour. Even though the Fun Pass price is not heavily discounted - probably $20 less than if I had booked each individually - I would highly recommend this bundle. The provider was responsive to questions and sent all the documentation I needed.

The Trolley didn't stop at all of the places listed for the Nashville Fun Pass. You need a car or other kinds of transportation that you have to pay for yourself to get to the Madame Wax Museum and the Distillery. I was not able to use these two vouchers. I should be reimbursed for these two items.

The TripAdvisor website, where you purchased, lists the following on the homepage: What's not included: • Hotel pick-up/drop-off • Transportation to/from attractions Your individual vouchers also list this same information. Also, you received an email on Dec. 7, which also detailed that transportation to the attractions in the Nashville Fun Pass was not included. To further clarify, the Nashville Fun Pass is not a tour so there is no specific starting address. When purchasing the Nashville Fun Pass, you pre-purchased admission for the attractions included on the pass. Thank you for visiting Music City!
So so… don’t know how good of a dollar value it was since we don’t drink and the trolley was a bomb.

The museums were great but the trolley tour guide was terrible. Talked so fast he was hard to understand and he said “alright” every other sentence and “so cool” repetitively.

Very misleading they didn’t tell us to print out tickets and the trolly didn’t go to the wax museum that it said it did and trolly stops was all changed and confusing

Hi Jacob, We apologize you felt the information was misleading, however all vouchers and descriptive content states transportation is not included to all attractions. Also, we sent you three methods of communication including a text message (which you responded to), an email, and a message through Viator, all explaining that the attractions in Nashville require printed copies and that mobile vouchers would not be accepted. We are sorry for the confusion on your end but hope you enjoyed visiting Music City!!

Savings wasn’t so much that you shouldn’t book them as you need them. We didn’t end up using two of the three booked passes because things were so packed or busy. The old town trolley was a five out of 10 not because the tour wasn’t nice. Because the guide would not stop talking about himself, his degree, his family, and Just would briefly mention things we are passing. Some of the very big historical things that were very obvious after we went by. Also, if the trolley was full, you had to wait for the next one and although the weight isn’t long, it still was somewhat annoying. Of the things we booked the best thing we saw was the Johnny Cash Museum however, it was extremely crowded. And we had to wait in line to get in about 45 minutes.

Thank you for your review! This weekend was definitely one of Nashville's busiest of the year with the downtown Marathon, multiple concerts and football games. Please do keep in mind that your vouchers are good until Dec. 31, 2023, so you can definitely still use any of the unused vouchers on another trip to Nashville in 2023.

Liked on an off trolly. Studio B was bomb. Didn’t get two do two things so I was sad. Wish I had more time. Really a very hopping place if you like walking it’s a fun place to be if you like to party.

Trolley ride was great & informative! Tickets were difficult to print & sending people to the visitors center to print is not right. The people there helped me but it was difficult & they are not affiliated with this company. At the country music hall of fame the 2nd part of the ticket was not redeemable because tour was sold out for both options...since we had tickets from you all with a date shouldn't we have had a spot on 1 of the tours? Your site says the tickets are good for up to a year & when printed they expire in December of the same year.

You purchased your passes on 8/23 for your 9/3 Nashville visit and during those 10 days we sent you three methods of communication in advance of your trip allowing ample time to print your vouchers prior to arriving (including a text message, an email, and a message through Viator) explaining that the attractions in Nashville require printed copies. For the Country Music Hall of Fame, the directions on how to redeem the Country Music Hall of Fame/RCA Studio B or Hatch Show Print tickets are listed on the voucher, so we always strongly encourage folks to read all the information printed on their vouchers in advance of arriving at the attractions. All vouchers are good until the end of the calendar year in which they are purchased, which we have been working Viator/TripAdvisor to update. We loved everything except that when we got to the Country Music Hall of Fame, both Studio B and Hatch were sold out! We paid to have those included and did not get to go to either one. Everything else was fine, but I feel we should get a partial refund for the part that we could not do because of being sold out.

The hop on hop off bus was a great way to start exploring the city. We are only here a couple of days, but with these tickets, we had a great snapshot of the history and vibe of Nashville. The tickets made it super easy and we hit most of the major attractions. Viator answered all my questions and I felt like they were super helpful. Jamielynn at southern escape tours was great help in me fixing mistakes I made in the voucher names.. No questions asked at any attractions. Just hand over the voucher and you are in. Made our trip easy and stress free!

Johnny Cash museum is a “must see.” Martel, driver/tour guid on Hop on/Hop off bus was a hoot! Really engaged the crowd. Ole Smokey tasting was fun. I could have spent more than half a day at the Grand Opry Hall of Fame - really good.

Worth the money .. just do it. Wasn't impressed with the Jonny Cash museum. Enjoyed the trolley wished the video would have worked. Pleasantly impressed with the Country Music Hall of fame loved the studio B tour.

I wasn’t sure I’d be able to use all the passes I used in this package, but I used every single one! What a great selection of venues. The museums were each better than the last, but my absolute favorite was the trolley tour! The drivers are so knowledgeable, and put a lot of things on my radar that I didn’t know about previously, and even though it was hot, it was a great ride! Do it sooner rather than later, so you can take that insider knowledge and act on it!

Best Way To Explore Nashville

This is a fantastic deal. We were able to see all of the attractions and the hop on hop off trolley was amazing. We were able to go to the Parthenon ( it was not within walking distance from our hotel) and we spent a whole day sightseeing, eating great food having a lot of fun. I would highly recommend buying this pass. You will be able to hit all the main attractions and learn about more. Take the studio B tour!! It’s the best. Get a room downtown and buy this pass. You will not have to drive and you will have a great time.
