Drew is an EXCELLENT guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about New Orleans history. We did it the first night we arrived, and left with a good sense of the city’s history and culture. Drew told colorful stories and brought the subject matter to life. Also, it wasn’t scary but did have creepy/disturbing historical elements, so it’s appropriate for those who like scary stuff, and for those who don’t.

Very informative of the history of New Orleans from all areas. It was interesting to me & my college age kids. This is a listening tour with walking, not a "scare you" tour. Tiny was a good host. Our favorite part was the vampire stories (1st pic).

Hands down the best tour ever. My husband and I always do at less one tour everytime we in the city for a stay. However this weekend we did 3. Pub Crawl, 5 in 1, and the cemetery tour. Our guides was awesome!!! Definitely recommend ! We will be back. Thanks, The Jeanminette's

This was more recent within our lifetime events. I was thinking it would be more historical. But Soren was a good story teller. The amount of walking was just write and allowed us to see a good amount of the French Quarter.

Great for the whole family, as long as you are okay with little ones hearing New Orleans dark history !

It was was an ok tour. Thought we would be going inside some of the buildings. Instead you stand outside and they point to tell you about it. Was hard to beat at some points.

Joel did an amazing job of captivating the mine and my husband's attention. We absolutely loved the History behind New Orleans. The stories that intrigued us the most were the story of Mary,John and Angelic, as well as the story of Zack and Addie. My husband especially liked the mystery behind the Casquette girls in the convent. We enjoyed the true to life stories of the macabre history of the French Quarter.

When I first arrived I asked the guide what to do if I needed to use the restroom. He told me to go to the bar across the street and order a drink so they’d let me use their facilities. I did as he said and went to their restroom while my friend purchased drinks. I came out and she was waiting to pay the check. He came in and I no could see he was irritated. I said “I swear it really was just about going to the restroom” he walked away in a huff. We had just received our check and was signing and he came back into and yelled “alright Marsha let’s go”. Like what was that supposed to mean. My name is heather and my friends name is shontel. Theee was no need for that. I also had told him twice to please start without me. When he walked back up to the group at 5:05 he made a whole big deal I. Front of the group. “Well they got beers, they’re going to regret it” we were shocked and reminded him that he told us to purchase something to use the restroom. On top of all This he’s just a terrible tour guide. His jokes were not funny and quite dated. And every time he spoke of slavery he would stare at my friend (who is black). Made her quite uncomfortable. We didn’t even finish the tour it was that awful. So very disappointed and would really like my money back or to reschedule with someone else. There was just no need for the rudeness just bc I needed to use the restroom.

As far as your other comments regarding the guide, he is actually one of the most requested guides we have and had you stayed for the entire tour I feel that you may have actually enjoyed the experience.
