I designed my NOLA BIG 4 tour to do 3 things for my guests: First, my tour is Fact-Based & comprehensive, designed to educate you about the people, culture and history of this unique city I call home, NEW ORLEANS. This is NOT a ghost tour. The day I am able to contact a ghost & introduce them to you will be the day I start giving ghost tours. Second, we will visit the (French Quarter, Garden District, Metairie Cemetery & City Park) 4 of the 74 official neighborhoods in New Orleans. The French Quarter is considered the heart & soul of the city but, I will take you out of the French Quarter & show you 3 other areas (Garden District, Metairie Cemetery & City Park) of the city that most people don’t even know exist. Finally, within a couple of hours with me, you will be armed with valuable information to effectively plan & maximize your stay in this over 300 year old crown jewel, NEW ORLEANS! See Paul on your first day, trust!

My brother and I drove from Houston to Nola. The construction on the first 8 miles into Louisiana made an 5 1/2 hr trip 8 hrs. Note to Paul: The welcome sign on both sides is MIA because of this as the Texas one is still up and easy to spot. Anyway, having this tour on our first day was such a needed, refreshing and welcomed experience to counter the drive. For one, you don't have to drive. Two, you will get a timely pick-up with all the information you need to navigate around. We appreciated that and all the jokes. It was as if we were visiting with a good friend. It gave us confidence to venture out and navigate around. For those who may not know if your street is missing a sign look down on the corner the name is there. That saved us every time. Also, if your on the tour record what you can so you can go back. It makes a return trip that much easier and Paul doesn't mind 😁. He's worth the booking and you will see a lot in 2 hrs. Thank you, see ya again maybe next year.

A good trip thru the city, showing what the WHOLE city feels like. Yes, French Quarter was covered, but real, local neighborhoods... Passing by schools and grocery stores, driving on side streets and boulevards. He's a lifer, a local, and will respond if you have questions. I asked a specific question and he changed plans on the spot to fit it into the journey.

Amazing Tour of New Orleans!

Thank you Paul for providing an excellent tour for my family. We were a party of two adults and one child. I found Paul’s tour online and reached out to him directly. He responded promptly and was so warm and kind. We collaborated on a date and time and we were all set! I texted him the day before our tour to reconfirm. He arrived promptly and was kind enough to wait a few minutes while we got ourselves together, lol. The tour was wonderful! First, the tour was private and we were able to ask Paul anything…literally anything! He is so knowledgeable about his city and it does make a difference that he LOVES his city. This passion comes through throughout the tour. Paul deals in facts and I really appreciated this. If you want to know the truth about New Orleans, Paul will tell you. We saw sites on and off the beaten path and in fact Paul tailored the tour so we could see sites that would cater to my young daughter, I thought that was so thoughtful! We saw the massive and amazing City Park, which we actually returned to later in the day to enjoy. The tour length was perfect to have an overview of the city and highlights. Paul also gave us great suggestions on what to do, see, and eat. Overall, it was an awesome tour and I would highly recommend. Thank you Paul!

Worst tour I ever experienced

Our tour guide Paul arrived at our hotel on time. We started our tour and he went to show us where the rich people stay, their neighborhood. And we learned about trees. On our way we asked him if we see some parts we like can we hop off and take pictures and he agreed. We then went to the cemetery where we spent so much unnecessary time time at. We drove around the cemetery and then he asked if we wanted to take pictures and we said No and he said oh I thought you said you would like to hop off and take pictures, I was like not in the cemetery so he drove to another side where he asked us to get off and see how names were placed inside the cemetery I told him no I don't want to, he was not happy for us to refuse to go inside a tombstone! He kept on to pushing us to go inside someone's tombstone, he was upset about it and I told him I was very uncomfortable with that. And he goes on to tell us that some people book tours and sometimes they only want to see cemeteries. Ok that's those people, Paul needs to respect customers needs not what he thinks should fascinate us. This was so awful. Next we passed by some park and we spent so little time at French Quater we just drove past. The 45 unnecessary time we took at that cemetery should have been maybe seeing those decorative houses with different colors like the heritage of NOLA, no we didn't. This was extremely expensive for what is worth. I will not recommend this tour at all. You can do better with other tours which will teach you more about the culture of New Orleans. Paul failed us and this is nothing but a reap off. Too expensive for the time he took us.

My friend and I went on Paul’s tour the morning we arrived in New Orleans and it was a great way to begin our adventure in the Big Easy. Paul gave us great tips and suggestions for our stay (he advised us to go to the WWII museum did NOT disappoint!). His tour was full of interesting facts and helped us organize our plans. We really enjoyed the cemetery tour, and we even enjoyed the unexpected surprises and action touring with a NOLA local can bring.
