Had such a fun memorable time at this cooking class. Learned so many things from knife skills, timing, tips, tricks and just having fun and putting love into the food you make. I will most definitely be coming back on my next trip to New Orleans. This was a top highlight. Thank you for having us!

My son wanted to do a cooking class of Cajun foods and this did not disappoint. Chef Raymond was amazing!!! Experienced, friendly, and fun! The food we prepared was delicious and we are so excited to try these recipes out at home for our family. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and for the memories we made.

My husband and 11 year old son love to cook so this was a perfect excursion for them. They did say they wished they learned more cooking tips but overall they had a great time and the food they made was delicious! Happy they were able to take back leftovers so we could all try!
      Super fun activity!

We had an absolute blast with chef David. We highly recommend this activity! We learned how to make bread pudding, jambalaya (with chicken and sausage), and bbq shrimp. The sauce on the shrimp was amazing. The best part of this activity was talking with chef David. He is super personable and spent time getting to know each person in our family.

      Great class BUT.

If you are looking. to get a lot of food or quality food for your buck. Don't. I spent 300 plus for 2 people and got 5 shrimp, rice and sausage and a slice of bread pudding. It was fun class and the instructor was really easy going, patient, knowledgeable. and entertaining. The time went by fast and was a great date night and I now have more practical skills for the kitchen. I recommend doing the class as a form of entertainment and some educational value. But again if you want a food experience take that same 300 dollar that you will spend for 2 people going to this class and go to high end restaurant instead. But for 300 plus dollars we should have more and better food to take home.
      Awesome time!

Mark is simply the best. He’s funny, super friendly, accommodating and very talented! We had a great group of people which helped make the experience extra enjoyable. The food was delicious and it was so fun getting to know everyone while learning how to make these staple cajun dishes. You get to take the leftovers home with you too which great!

Great experience! Preston is a fantastic chef & teacher! Hands on experience, with lots of fun history trivia, we learned new cooking techniques and had a blast! Best part was getting to eat what we'd made. We have new confidence in our Cajun cooking skills, will absolutely do this again next time we visit the Big Easy!
