Chef Preston was great, skills off the chart, knowledgable history of food in NOLA. Food we were taught was classic, delicious and filling (didn’t need dinner that night!). Will go back for a different menu next time in visiting our son.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was a very causal night, like you were in someone's home for food and drinks, and our chef, David was the best. We laughed so much at his stories. He is a great storyteller as well as a great chef and the food was so delicious.
    Great dad and daughter experience

My daughter and I loved this class (it was her favorite part of the trip and we had a lot of fun at the French Quarter Festival). Perfect size - my daughter and I and another couple who were fun to meet! Raymond was the highlight!! He was very informative and fun to learn from! And the food was delicious! Will definitely do this again!
Great food but not too much of cooking

Experience was great. The chef, facilities and staff were very nice. Food was excellent. However, I wish we would have been more involved into cooking. Many times we had to watch the chef cook for us, and the dessert was 100% made by the chef. We also did not get the recipes.

Robert was a great and personable instructor and provided a full range of tips and techniques to help every skill level. One of the best activities we've done while in town. The gumbo was eye opening excellent and toasted rice is now on my table for good! So glad we did this class

The experience was so much fun. We did our class with Preston and he taught us so much about the city and its rich history behind the dishes and why we use those particular ingredients. We were tipsy, eating, laughing and having a blast.

Mark is a great conversationalist as well as a well-versed chef. The cuisine was better than one would find at many highly-rated restaurants in NoLa. Memorable!

The Chef was amazing! Not only did he teach use how to make the meals, he told stories, and answered all of our questions. It really felt like I was cooking in a home kitchen. The wine and beer was an added touch.

After cooking for my husband for 31 years, I finally learned how to use a shrimp deveiner! The class was really fun and Chef Mark was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Cajun cuisine. The chicken sausage gumbo and shrimp creole was delicious! For dessert, bananas foster was surprising easy and delightful.
