What are an amazing experience! Chef Eric, and the staff were so accommodated in the food was just amazing and plentiful! Warm, welcoming, and environment. Lots to eat and drink and recipes and an apron giveaway as well!

Highly recommend. One of the best cooking class experiences we have had in all of our travels around the world. Vivian and Devlin were awesome instructors, coaches, and hosts. Would return again the next time we are in New Orleans. Do not miss this opportunity to not only learn the techniques, history, and ingredients needed, and to have a great time while learning. Great instruction and entertainment from Ricardo. Preparation of 3 dishes at one time by my husband and I was fun but a little stressful. Bottomless wine and beer aided with the stress and added to the fun. Dinner turned out delicious! And the Bananas Foster al a mode at the end was wonderful!

My group learned some great recipes from chefs Rene and Packy! Both of these gentlemen have extensive knowledge about the local cuisine. It was some much fun cooking and drinking with a small group and learning both how to prepare the dishes and the history behind N.O. food scene. Cheers!
