The best way to explore and learn some of NOLA’s rich, intriguing history. Eric is masterful in his storytelling, sharing a vast amount of details from his lifetime spent in The Big Easy. The ride is a long, leisurely pedal thru many areas of the city that you do not find on tourist maps or websites. The bikes are comfortable and easy to operate. This tour will remain at the top of my ‘todo’ list whilst visiting New Orleans.
Learned a lot

Eric was a GREAT tour guide! Provided us with great knowledge of New Orleans,. If you are not interested in the general tourist tour, then I suggest you try this tour company with the owner Eric. Th bike was a easy ride and the route Eric took us on was flat and smooth! I will do this tour again and again!
Let's put this on repeat...

This was my 2nd trip to NOLA and my 2nd bike tour with Flambeaux. Each experience has left me with a greater understanding of the culture of New Orleans. I prefer to be a traveler instead of a tourist and I love getting in to the neighborhoods and off of the beaten path. Eric leads these tours with the knowledge, history and insight that only a local could. If I come to NOLA 12 more times, I am certain that I will be doing 12 more Flambeaux tours!
A-MA-ZING! A must do if you like to get on a bike and venture beyond the French Quarter!
Elizabeth_Z, Dec 2021
Wow! Eric, the owner of the bike shop, is incredible. We spent three hours with him biking through off the beaten parts of New Olreans. He's just as good as any college professor on the history and culture of the area, and super fun. We learned a ton, he kept things moving and my 17-year old son liked it just as much as his mom (me). We have had a lot of city tours all over the US and world, and Eric was the best we've experienced. I highly recommend him and his bike shop for a unique and memorable New Orleans' experience.
Must do bike ride tour!
fowlerregina, Dec 2021
