Called local office did not help

Could not contact driver. Had to book a taxi. The local office was not helpful at all. Did not help to contact their driver

Well I unfortunately our flight back was cancelled at DFW and we didn't make it home until the next day so we never got the ride. Tried to contact service to see if they can pick up next day but no response. Had to take a taxi home from PDX.
