It was great to visit all...

It was great to visit all five boroughs. Our guide Juhle was excellent. I was a little disappointed that we were the only non-foreigners on this bus tour. We were on a tour with Germans in Polish people.
There's more to New York City than Manhattan.

Great guide - Andre (sp?). Good pace, plenty of stops. This turned out to be a dual language tour - half in Italian and half in English. It worked, but it was a surprise..
Great way to explore the boroughs

Our tour guide Erika was lovely and very knowledgeable. She had a good sense of humour and ensured everyone was ok. We got picked up from where we was directed to and there was no problems. All on time and good transportation. The tour was good value for money for the length of the tour and the boroughs visited. We enjoyed the stops for photo opportunities. The information shared was great and there was plenty of opportunities for asking questions. The traffic can’t be helped so no point in moaning about that. I did this tour six years ago and although it covered the same locations (plus one) I still enjoyed hearing all the information and seeing everything again. Highly recommended!

A magnificent tour! Most enjoyable! The guide “Sergio” was super informative and super nice. I can easily say it was one of the best ( if not The Best) tour I made with Viator! We explored deeply the untouristy NewYork that we never had the chance to see before. I Loved that tour!!

Sergio is a terrific guide but above all a wonderful person who takes care of the participants of our tours by providing all-round information. Thank you for writing this great review. Opentours was born 17 years ago with the mission to provide our guests with in-depth tours and we greatly appreciate your feedback.

Not worth the money, the tour lasted from 9.30 - 12.30 and we were dropped off a long way from pick up. It all seemed a bit rushed and a bit boring.

Way too much talking by the guide and not enough seeing the sights!

The tour was not very informative and the vehicle was overcrowded and hot. Also there was no step to get in and out of the van which made it unsafe. The van itself was dirty. Old coffee cups in the drink holders and very dirty windows. Would not recommend this tour.

Very thought-provoking and interesting tour! Our guide, John, conveyed both the historical and current issues with these areas in a conversational style that was open to discussion and suggestions, and we liked the attitude of inclusiveness that prevailed throughout the trip. Of course, the tour was also a pleasure because of the scenery e.g. New York skyline, the experience e.g. visiting old and new Yankee Stadium and the eating the Italian bakery in Brooklyn. I recommend it highly.

A really good tour in a small group. Great value, got to see lots of places you would not see on your own. My only criticism was that we were not dropped back to our starting location.
