A tour around the village filled with facts and yummy snacks .We had an energetic , funny tour guide Jenny who made the adventure a lot of fun . We loved the mango gelato and the delicious cupcakes at Molly’s . We highly recommend this one !!

Cupcake walking Tour in Greenwich Village, NYC

My grandchildren enjoyed listening to the stories about the various cupcake stores and how they originated. They enjoyed walking through the streets and seeing the sites of the city. Johnnie was a very pleasant and patient tour guide as my grandchildren were also distracted by looking at all the shops we passed too. My only recommendation is that the kids do not have to eat cupcakes at every place. Perhaps they create mini-ones for these tours.

Miscommunications

Your company sent me an email at 8 am. I didn’t know I got the email. They cancelled the cupcake tour and offered us a chocolate tour instead. I asked where the new location was but nobody got back to me. So I cancelled!

Our tour was cancelled. They did try to offer a different time and date but we already had plans. They then tried to offer a different tour and it was the same. I asked for a refund and have gotten no response. These tours are expensive and when a customer asks for a refund due to the tour cancelling it should be given immediately. Very disappointed.

Awful. Don’t recommend. Vaguely said to meet at the corner of a park for the tour. I show up and can’t find anyone. Call the provided number and they don’t answer. They text me and tell me they emailed me previously and said tour was canceled because guide was sick. I asked that they provide me with the alleged email that it was canceled. Never did. Never answered my numerous calls.,

Trip was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about history which made it even better. The only thing that could have been better was one stop was chocolate covered expresso beans which no one on our tour ate.

The tour guide was knowledgeable of the area. He had some insights to offer. The cupcakes themselves, it is a cupcake tour after all, were prepackaged at two stops and quite tiny. One stop had a “normal’” cupcake size. We got a cookie at one stop not a cupcake. The last stop was a mini cream puff. We could only go into two locations and had no real availability of personal choice. It was difficult finding the tour guide at the meeting point as it’s not an actual location but a park that hosts an outdoor market. When I called the company to ask where the guide was they didn’t know the location at all. The group for this tour was too big at ten plus the guide and a trainee. I have done cupcake tours in other cities and they have all been wonderful…this one had us wanting to walk away at the second stop.

Choose a food tour instead!

Going to Washington Square Park and tasting all the unique deserts. Our favorites were Baked by Melissa and Molly’s. They both have interesting stories and the owner was working in Mollys.

Not worth the price

Lee was a FABULOUS tour guide, so informative and fun. The cupcakes were less than impressive and bite size, only 3 stops. Definitely not worth the price of the tour. I highly recommend Lee as a guide and would go on another tour with him.

Justin was fantastic and we saw parts of Greenwich that we would’ve never visited on our own and it was beautiful with lot of history! Justin showed us various landmarks along the way and oh the cupcakes were delicious and very filling. Our 9 year old loved it!

Different kind of walking food tour!

Good tour -even though it was pouring rain at times -Justin did a good job -informative and personable. Comments: at gelato stop it was awkward to spoon tastes from one container-should have been individual little cups. At milk and cookies stop chocolate chip cookies would have been better than oatmeal ones!
