    We had a super great experience with Frankie! We booked a tour with my friend and eventually we were the only ones so we had a private tour. We are french and as my friend didn’t really understand English, I had the time to translate almost everything. Frankie was very patient. Thanks a lot!!

    This tour seemed a little too based on anecdotes rather than actual history. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but gave it a shot at least.

    Our tour guide Frankie was absolutely Phenomenal. The tour was filled with scary stories and some great historical facts. My daughter (14 yrs) and cousin (13 yrs old) really enjoyed the tour too. I definitely will recommend to my NYC friends ☺

    Frankie was such a wonderful guide! So animated, funny, passionate about the subject matter and super friendly. The tour itself was a great experience for both the believer and the skeptic.
