    Confusing
    YKk, Jul 2021
The booking was fine, then I received multiple confirmations all with different times on them. I emailed the trip company and no return email nor call was ever received. Ultimately, they sent tickets via email that had an 11:30am start time but sure enough, they called at 845am that morning to inquire where we were. Guess we missed the guided part of the tour. It was all very unclear and confusing. To add to it, they sent me Senior tickets for the museum tour. I felt like a bit of a fraud when I showed them at the 911 museum. They didn't check too closely and all was fine.

You had a guided tour at 845am and the Museum tickets for 11:30am. We issue tickets based on the price and age group you requested on your original reservation. You are to start the guided tour to Statue of Liberty and go to Ellis Island. The 911 Museum is a dated and time ticket at the end of the tour.
