The jap car arranged to pick us (4 adults) was too small to even accommodate 3 adults. Driver is tall and stretched his seat all the way to the rear which made the car more crampy. 2 Passengers has to tilt to sit at an angle. The whole journey was terrible due to the space, no aircon circulating, we were giddy n aching throughout the 14 hrs drive. Worst thing the driver just left us at 1 point to explore the niagara fall which we were visiting the first time. Not acceptable!!Thumbs down!! Customer service dont even care when I escalated thru whatsapp and email abt the journey!! YOU SHOULD TRY PERSONALLY AND TELL ME HOW YOU FEEL!! PAID 1.5K USD straight to drain!! Terrible!! I would give Negative star if possible

Guide Gode arrived on time and was very flexible to accommodate our timing at the fall . An experienced driver too making sure journey was smooth .
