Loved this! Whilst it takes a whole day it was definitely worth it. I chose the 7 am pick up which meant that you got there about 3/4 in the afternoon. You also get to see the falls lit up at night. Left at 9 pm which means you return in the early hours Guides were fun and knowledgable. Had stop offs on the way but there was a toilet on board the coach if you needed it. I would take a pillow so you can have a nap on the way there and back, they do show films onboard the coach also to keep you from getting board. Was out of season when I went so there was little choice for food when u got there and don’t leave souvenir shopping till last minute as they will close early due to out of season Would recommend!

Lack of support in the dark park

We travel on Tuesday tour, the falls are amazing but we felt that the tour guides were disorganised talked over each other. We were told to get back to the bus quickly or be left behind and then sent into a dark park we were all unformilar with . We felt we should have had guidance in the dark rather than miss the fireworks because we were afraid to get lost in the dark . Poor ending to a spectacular experience.

Dear Norman_B The fireworks in the "dark" Niagara Falls State Park are followed by thousands of people every night. Entering/exiting Niagara Falls State Park is super easy since it has only one way to enter/exit the park.

WORST SERVICE

I am new to NY visiting with parents. My Lyft ride dropped me to a different place and so I had to catch an uber to get to the pick up spot. I called several times and told them I will be late by 5 minutes and to wait for the 4 of us. But they were rude and told me that they could not wait even a second extra and they dont care about the 4 of us as they had to be on schedule. Did not give me any refund either. I will NEVER EVER BOOK with them, and I will DISCOURAGE my friends and family to book with them as they only care about our money and nothing else.

Yes, it was a long relaxing ride to the Falls. Our driver was so polite, he stopped for bathroom breaks and gave us a change to get something to eat!! The bus was very comfortable. Niagara Falls is everything that people says it is, just absolutely gorgeous!! It has been on my bucket list for years, so I can check that off!!! Yes, it was well worth, getting out of the big city!!
