Meet the representative outside your hotel or residence in any of the five boroughs of New York City at the time of your choosing. The driver is professional and operates the vehicle with safety as a priority.

This service operates 24 hours, seven days a week to all the main New York City airports: Newark (EWR), John F. Kennedy (JFK) or LaGuardia (LGA) Airports, with your choice of private sedan, SUV, limousine or luxury van pickup. This is a fantastic way to finish your trip to New York City.

Services are limited to pickups in the boroughs of the Bronx, Staten Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ok but not great. Driver was on time but provided no communication of his eta proper to arrival. So he should not be in an unfriendly mood while he has to wait for us to settle up at the bar before boarding the limo. There were no glasses in the limo. We asked the driver who did provide very high class dollar store red solo cups. Really? Limo stereo did not work. Blue tooth would not connect Spent half the ride trying and not relaxing. The limo inside was generally nice but the suspension was very old. NOT a smooth ride. The driver was often distracted by his phone or other devices. EYES on the ROAD please!!! So an ok ride but next time please spend a few bucks a fix your suspension. You can get much nicer plastic glass wear at the dollar store too. Seriously. Not impressed and mostly disappointed. Not hard to do much better. Good luck with that.

Great service! It was wonderful not having to worry about transport logistics at the end of our vacation. The company called me to confirm pick-up time and accounted for traffic as well as sufficient time to go through airport security. Arrived in New York at JFK airport expecting to ride in an SUV to our hotel. Pleasantly surprised when we were taken to a stretch limo. Very comfortable ride and although the driver did not extend a warm welcome we found this was the 'norm' with most drivers in the places we visited. Great not having to worry about finding shuttle buses to bet to the hotel.

Unfortunately this transfer did not live up to the Viator reputation. The driver was on Braodway to pick us up rather than in the hotel pickup area. After about 10 mins mucking around on the street the driver finally jambed all our bags into the trunk and we had to ride with all our hand luggage and back packs to JFK in the car. The car itself was shabby, scratched paintwork and instruments missing from the dash which left holes in the dash. When we arrived at JFK he then requested a further $30 cash for our extra(4th) piece of luggage. Very dissappointing. :(
