Our tour guide Heidi was amazing!!! She was a wealth of knowledge and experience. She shared so many person stories and history that we never even would have asked about. She was so flexible, including starting at a later time and suggestions for frequent stops for snacks and little things like hair ties for the girls when it was windy out. We never would have seen so much on our own. 100% worth it. Thanks Heidi for the best day.

The description did not mention WALKING ! Neither did it mention the extra fares tbat had to be paid! We expectex to be on a small BUS or VAN!!!! My group of 10 were very disappointed but we took the tour because we did not want to lose money Jeff the tour guide was excellent duringthe entire tour!!!!

In terms of transportation, it sounds like you may have been more satisfied with one of the several private tours by vehicle we offer, as opposed to the tour by public transit you selected. Tours using private transport are more expensive than tours by public transit, but for some parties, tours by private transport are the better option, especially those tours with small children, frail elderly or mobility impaired individuals. Clearly a tour by public transport involves more walking than a driving tour. This is why on the website from which you ordered your subway / bus tour it states “Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.” I wish you would called us before placing your order, so we could ensure you were selecting the tour most appropriate for your group. Thank you, once again.

One of the best tours of our trip. Our tour guide was very knowledgable of the city and all areas of New York. Our group consisted of
3 generations of women. We were all very interested in all the areas he showed us. After his class in taking the subway, we were on
our way the rest of the vacation using that mode of transportation. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is not familiar with
the different areas of the city.

This was worthwhile, we saw things you just don't see without a guide. It's a lot of walking but flat and easy streets. Recommend this tour.
