Please follow the below instructions to find your driver: Please note the airport has free WiFi. Your pickup will be curbside, meaning you will need to exit Arrivals to meet your driver. After you collect your baggage, please call, SMS or Whatsapp your driver, who is waiting at the Cell Phone Lot, located 3-5 minutes away from all terminals. Depending on your terminal, you will arrive to a different zone. Your driver will know which zone to come to. Terminal B: Car Service Pick-Up/Parking Lot Area F1 Terminal C: Passenger Pick-up 11 Please keep in mind that all terminals at LGA have a non-idling rule. Meaning, the driver can't park and wait at the pickup location. Never again, for me or my client's

This was a horrible experience...we were supposed to have a meet and greet and private transfer ..,.they did not meet at baggage claim.,.gave instructions to meet in parking garage, with no lane onfo. I booked this because I walk with a cane and didn't want to have to do that . The driver gave us a Toyota Camry no color and a tag that was not a number certified to carry people....didn't start with a T when we were trying to get what we paid for Enoch was rude ... we asked for a refund as we ended up just calling an Uber because we never found this person ....I am actually a travel agent and will never book this for clients. I will tell them to just get a taxi or Uber .

Luis the driver was very friendly and an excellent driver. New York traffic is crazy but I felt perfectly safe. Best transfer experience I’ve had.
