Tours sell out quickly during the high season (March-July; Nov-Dec).
Tour content is subject to change. Access to auditorium seats subject to change based on venue activity.
Vouchers are redeemed at the tour entrance located on 51st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th). During the Christmas Spectacular season, the tour entrance moves to the Executive Entrance located on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th)

Your voucher will be valid for up to one year from date of purchase
Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket. Times can be requested but are subject to availability, we recommend arriving within the first hour of operation for best availability.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Meet A Real Rockette!

Highlight of tour was getting to meet a Rockette and taking pictures with her. Liked that a short bathroom break is allowed during the walking tour. The Art deco architecture is beautiful. Our young woman tour guide talked very fast and it was difficult to understand what she was saying at times since she didn’t use a microphone. However got to see places behind the scenes that people can’t see when they attend a performance so I think it was a good tour experience.

This was a fascinating journey into the history of radio city music hall, and the rockettes. It's a beautifully designed art deco building. Worth while for sure.

Great tour with the right tour guide

I have taken this tour in the past with my husband and was excited to go again with my girlfriends. Unfortunately our guide seemed rushed and only shared very general information and did not speak of musicians or comedians or sporting events that have played at Radio City Music Hall. We did not see the Rockette practice room or learn about the audition process. I knew all these facts, but my friends did not learn these facts. It was disappointing since I had enjoyed the tour so much previously.

The young woman spoke so fast that it was impossible to understand anymore than 20% of what she said. Very disappointing as we love Radio City performances and wanted to see “behind the curtain”. It was a waste of time and money to have a guide speed-talk the info

Needed an indoor activity on a rainy day during our trip. Viator was able to get us into the tour within hours. Great direction to the special entrance. No need to stand in line on the street. Felt like a VIP for the entire experience!

Meeting the Rockette for a picture session was our favorite part. My granddaughter loved it, especially. The guide should have had a mic. They should use the large model to show how things work on the stage.

Great tour but beware of incorrect information re time stamped ticket

Great tour, guide was excellent! Just note that Viator sends a text saying that you have to check in at 1260 Sixth Ave to get a time stamped ticket. This is wrong!! You have to check in at the entrance on 51st St, where the tour begins.

This tour was exactly what I hoped it would be. It showed me all the places inside RCMH I was hoping for, gave me all the geeky details I wanted to know, and lasted just long enough that I didn’t get too tired. There are a lot of stairs for a mobility-impaired person, but it was worth it for me. For an introvert with social anxiety who wants to experience this incredible place without crowds of people everywhere, this tour absolutely delivers. It’s an utterly magical location.

Seeing the grand lobby, the beautiful theatre, and meeting Theresa, the Rockette! The video was also very informative! We felt a little rushed through the tour, not so much by the girl, but by the gentleman.
