What To Expect

Meet your guide and group outside of Mt. Sinai Doctors 52 West 8th Street.

Take off through the neighborhood on foot, following your passionate guide and listening to his commentary on the area's music scene. Learn about the musicians who frequented the neighborhood and performed the Village's jazz, folk, and rock scenes. 

Stop by Washington Square Park, the Gaslight Cafe, Pete Seeger's Home, Cafe Wha!, and the Beatnik Riot. Along the way, you'll taste some famous New York pizza, coffee, some Viet summer rolls, and dessert.

Interesting and the food portion was good. I didn't know about the music portion of the tour. MacDougal Street historic place to visit
